Ken was fantastic from start to finish. I hired him to remove an old basketball hoop, pour new cement, and install a new one. The job turned out to be much tougher than expected—the old cement was nearly impossible to break up and the clay ground was hard to dig deeper for the required dept —but Ken handled it like a pro, using a jackhammer and digging through hard clay soil without complaint. Despite the extra work and materials needed, he stuck to his original price even when I asked to pay him more, which speaks volumes about his integrity. He returned a few days later to assemble the hoop, and the final result was perfect—every measurement was spot-on. Ken went above and beyond, and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again. Highly recommended!

Ken replaced some decorative vinyl shutters on our 2-story home with a fairly steep grade on one side. He was able to work this job in between his schedule and completed it quickly and with a good result. He cleaned everything up and was professional. He was much more reasonable than 2 other quotes I got for the same job. I would recommend him.

Ken is the man who knows how a home should be built! That makes him the best repair man you could hire. A window drywall issue required repairs behind the siding which Ken capably repaired. He also replaced wood on a Bilco door where he again corrected a siding issue. We will definitely call Ken for our home remodeling, repair and upgrading needs!

The service category did not represent all that Ken did for our Condo Community. He did carpentry, replaced and repair gutters, painted, consulted on roof repairs, etc. He is knowledgeable, talented and very professional. Always kept me informed on issues that arose during the project. He let me knew when he was coming to the site. Arrived on time---which is a plus! Price-very reasonable. Definitely would hire him again.

Ken was prompt on our request to clean our gutters, downspouts, and remove debris from roof crevices. After finishing the gutter work, he power-washed the ground area affected. His rate was reasonable, his work efficient, and his manner courteous and respectful.

Ken and his helper did a great job on the ramp! I was happy to hire him, especially when I found out that he was a veteran.....we should all do as much as we can to help those who served us! He will be back to work on another project soon.
