"Had Empire install wood, carpet and tile in my house. The installers for the wood flooring were great. I need them to break it up over 2 weekends and they were very accommodating. These guys did a great job on the floor and made sure that all was cleaned up when they finished. The tile installer was phenomenal. He was very helpful with the pattern my wife wanted. The floor looks amazing. They did a good job installing the carpet but, I have never had an installer take all the remnants and scraps. If I ever needed a piece for a patch, I’m out of luck. All in all, they did a good job."

"I was impressed!  I sent an email when I found Ryan's Restoration on Angie's List.  I received an immediate response and an appointment was set up within two days.(I had a short turn around because the house was being re-rented).  Bob, who was superb, came out on Saturday at 1:30 and worked non-stop till about 7:30.  He was super professional, pleasant, and did an outstanding job.  The carpet are looking wonderful after stretching (no ripples), repair, and cleaning.  The tile looks great and I feel comfortable letting new renters move in (the old renters had three dogs and I wanted to make sure the house was clean and safe).  I would re-hire them in a minute....a very professional service organization.

There was sand grit exposed in the finish glaze and the edges were wider in some spots that others which, he told me, would effect the uniformity of the grout lines. The handyman that normally does stuff in my house wasn't comfortable doing the removal himself and wanted to call in a pro. I called a number of tile specialists and either got that they were too busy for a small job (this market is CRAZY) or very high prices. Adrian came back with a reasonable price and was able to get someone out the next week. They were totally professional and did a great job. I would definitely use them again."
