He removed the damaged materials and replaced them and then proceeded to replace the tiles. While he was there he re-grouted the other existing tile to ensure they would not cause future damage. "Serge is wonderful. He tells what the job cost (replace toilet cost $250, he does not "pad" his labor cost. He does not nickle and dime you over the price of nails or screws or ther materials. He re-tiled our bathroom. We bought the tiles and matching grout. He had the morter and spacers- which were factored into his cost. We had a few hiccups with things not fitting right , Serge was very patient, gave us options, and worked to solve the issue. I would definitely hire him for more jobs."
