He re-tiled our bathroom. We bought the tiles and matching grout. He had the morter and spacers- which were factored into his cost. They did what they promised, on schedule, for a fair price. Quality of materials is very good. Workmanship varies. Wood floors by Manuel are very nice - all completed in one day, a very nice surprise. Molding should have been angled at joints, but otherwise good. Tile floor in bathroom was a bit sloppy (by a different installer)."
