We hired Farmhouse construction to rebuild a well house which included fixing a concrete foundation. The quality of work was outstanding, reasonable price and started/finished the project in a very timely manner. We were extremely happy with the professionalism and overall quality of work. We would hire them again and in the future plan to do so

Patrick with Farmhouse Construction did excellent work rebuilding my deck. This deck is off a 2d floor bedroom and has steps in between 2 levels. His measurements were precise and the wood (I believe fir and cedar is beautiful). He proactively explained his process, how he worked, any anomalies or unusual things he encountered and always answered my questions. He communicates very well. His work is outstanding and I would hire him again. I chose to stain the deck myself. Patrick spent a lot of time explaining the process of staining, the nuances of different staining products and applicators he recommended. He is great and cleaned up the old discarded wood and debris very nicely.

Patrick was very professional and did a great job replacing our subfloor and siding of the house. He is reliable, honest and operates with integrity. He explains everything so clearly and gives suggestions on what products to use with reasoning. For example, Patrick suggested a particular siding that is built to last. His rates are competitive and fair, also giving the option for financing for those who need it I would recommend Patrick to anyone who is looking for a contractor.

We have hired Patrick for multiple jobs including well work, roof work, flooring, and also tile work and all jobs were finished professionally and in a timely matter Our plan for a complete kitchen remodel will definitely be done by Farmhouse Construction in the near future

For 95% of the projects, we were extremely happy. Happy enough to ask for bids for future work. We were included in all parts from beginning to end. Very trustworthy to have work continue when we were out of town. He asked for clarification when he needed it and asked if we were happy as each step was finished.
