Juan's team remodeled our kitchen and bathroom from tear down to completion in 2 and a half weeks. Juan made several suggestions on design and materials that made our remodel even better than we imagined. He provided us with excellent customer service. The teams that came to my house to do the work - both Juan's team and subcontractors, were professional, talented, courteous, hard working, and took pride in their work. I was especially impressed with the tile workers, the electricians, and Juan's crew leader, Diego. I am very happy with the work that they did and still can't believe how beautiful my kitchen and bath are!

Kitchen Remodel
I hired Juan and his team for a complete kitchen remodel. They finished the job as per the schedule and stayed within the estimated price quote. They demolished everything very carefully making sure no damage to the house. Even if there were minor scratches they fixed everything with no charge. I was onsite watching them through the entire process. So if I noticed something then I tell them and they make the changes until you are completely satisfied. I loved the customer service. Even though some of the subcontractors did not speak English very well, I was still able to communicate and make all changes I wanted. A month later I did notice some caulk diminishing from my backsplash, so I sent them a message and they came back and fixed it at no extra charge. This is the customer service I would like to see from a business. Overall I am satisfied with the kitchen remodel, and would hire them for the next project.

Juan Oseguera, the owner of In N Out Construction ,made a promise and he delivered .. He set a tone of being a good listener and responding promptly to my concerns. I was afraid to take on a big project and he recognized that I was fearful. probably , because I told him several times. He promised that I would be happy and he was their to make sure everything ran well. It was also very clear that he had the greatest respect for the talents of his crew. Today we finished ! Each crew member that came into my home was respectful and masked for me. They showed up at the appointed time and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. Debris was hauled away regularly. Crew members were scheduled so well that the job moved along at a very steady pace. Not only were they great at their jobs , they were also great problem solvers and took pride in their work. The project was finished on time. I will use Mr. Oseguera and his crew again and I recommend them highly.

Our bathroom needed a double sink vanity. The configuration of the existing bathroom didn't have enough room for a double sink. I had almost no counter space to share with my husband. I contacted In-N-Out construction. In-N-Out is a Super, dependable family owned company. They recommended a reconfiguration of the bathroom to accommodate a double sink vanity. We was given an estimated to take out the jetted tub and downsizing our shower. They did such a Wonderful job on my bathroom. Amazing service received on our bathroom remodel project. They showed up on time, worked hard, cleaned up, and completed the projects quickly, efficient and as scheduled. his crew were so wonderful and the quality of their product was fantastic. The owner was very easy to communicate and work with.. They were always willing to to make changes on our request,He kept us updated and informed about every aspect of the remodel They did top notch and very professional work. I will definitely be contacting them again to complete the remodeling on my upstairs bathroom. Him and his whole team worked great together as a unit. If you want a company that will do an excellent job and do the work in a timely and professional manner, this is that company!! Contact them and you wonâ t be disappointed.

We hired Juan and his company for a mid-floor remodel of our tri-level home that included full kitchen remodel, wall removal, new lighting, new flooring, new fireplace, and mud room. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this company. Issues began with realizing how much corners are cut with their work. From not vacuuming before putting flooring down (even after asking them multiple times to do so), to debris in our heater vents multiple times without being cleaned out, the work in itself was unprofessional. After calling the workers out on it, handling the rest of the project was a disaster. Imagine paying someone thousands of dollars, just to end up having to micromanage THEIR work that they*re getting paid for just to make sure things get done right. Throughout the project, we constantly had to describe what we wanted and how we wanted things to be (stuff that was already discussed at the very start). Multiple times, the language barrier was so bad that there was no way to clearly explain what was wanted. My wife was home for the whole project, and to hear that they would make derogatory comments about her in our own home while she is there in front of them is beyond infuriating. They would say these remarks in Spanish, expecting that my wife did not understand them. But she did. So if you like to have someone talk crap about you in your own home, by all means go for it. I*ll refrain from providing those terms and keep this review PG. If we weren*t so close to finishing the project and paying so much money already, we would*ve kicked them out of our house right then and there. But we miraculously finished. Found out our microwave was installed wrong. Bought a new fridge and was told dimensions to buy, only to have it BARELY fit (then being blamed about buying too big of a fridge). If you want things done right in the first place, look elsewhere. They harped about how things could be retouched, but if the work was done right in the first place, then retouching wouldn*t need to occur. The amount of touchups could not hide the dings and dents all around our cabinets, all from their sloppy and careless work. And when you do bring something up to get retouched, the workers would complain and make excuses for how it*s supposed to be like that. Again, I DO NOT recommend In-N-Out.

We highly recommend Juan and his crew. We had our kitchen and two bathrooms totally renovated and upgraded. The In and Out was always able to meet our needs and did excellent work. Very professional and the crew worked hard. They did a fantastic job on the remodel the kitchen is beautiful and functional. Juan was quick with a bid and very reasonable. My kitchen was oddly laid out andJuan help me envision a new layout which made such a big difference in my whole home.

Kitchen Remodel
After calling multiple contractors, Juan was the ONLY one who came through within a few days, with ideas and design sketches to help us with our kitchen remodel. I’ve had the experience doing several remodels ( my prior home in California) and I was amazed and extremely pleased with the efficiency, workmanship, kindness and professionalism Juan and his team provided during our remodel. We highly recommend In N Out Construction. Brand new kitchen, flooring throughout, painting …we love it! Seriously only took two months…..they were on time, everything was coordinated…I can’t say enough great things about Juan and team. Will definitely use them for any future home improvement needs.

They completed the job quickly and worked very hard. I believe that Juan and his staff have a sincere desire to provide good customer service. They are on time and the result is mostly good quality - the only thing I noticed was a small gap along a bit of the crown molding. I would recommend Juan and his company.

Jaun and his crew were beyond amazzzzing!! I had multiple estimates for the work I wanted done. Jaun was the only one that gave me an estimate for everything I asked for and even gave me better ideas for my home that I didn't even think about! Here's everything they got done in a month!! No joke...these guys are as quick and efficient as what their name says, "In N Out". They demo my kitchen, closed in an old back door, angled the doorway to the half bath, new flooring throughout main floor/bathrooms/stairs/hallway landing/3 bedrooms, all new kitchen, all new half bathroom, all new main bathroom, updated electrical, and paint. Juan's crew are fast, efficient, kind and respectful of what you want and of your home. Jaun was on top of any issues that came up and fixed them immediately. They did such a great job that my parents are going to use them for their remodel.

Juan and his team were absolutely amazing when I needed a rush job done after a terrible accident happened in my home. The kitchen, living room, floors and master bath needed to be redone and the whole interior painted. Juans team was incredibly fast, efficient, professional and respectful while working on my home. The attention to detail really shows in their work. I especially appreciated that I never waited long for a response from Juan and the 2 week check back to adjust anything was great too. I will most certainly be using In-n-out for any other construction needs and would highly recommend them.

We interviewed several contractors before contracting with In-N-Out Construction and we are very happy with the results. The work enlarged our small kitchen by 108sf. Juanâ s estimate for the work was very close to the final project cost. He is knowledgeable, honest and doesnâ t take shortcuts. He and his crew were good about communicating with us the whole time. I observed the work carefully and found the crews to be competent and hard working. The work was completed during Covid and Juanâ s crews complied with masking and distancing throughout the project. The crew worked very hard into the Fall to get the job done and we are very pleased with the results. It is a joy to live in the new kitchen and we can highly recommend them.

We hired In N Out Construction to paint the eaves and understructure of our newly installed roof and sheeting. Mr. Oseguerra and crew contacted us right away, surveyed the job, and provided a bid. We found the cost fair and will hire the company again. We also had a small job of installing a new vinyl pool liner we had ordered and they were kind enough to take that project on as well- especially since no other company replied to our job posting for the pool. The working crew was delightful to partner with and we are really pleased with both the cost and performance. What nice folks to do business with.

We needed our bathroom remodeled to incorporate a double sink and the removal of the jetted tub. We also needed our deck rebuilt and the outside of our house repainted. We solicit three estimates. In N Out would be able to accomplish the job with the best estimate. We had no designing knowledge and no design. All we had to do was tell the owner - Juan Oseguera what we were looking for. His design choices were beautiful! Anything we wanted changed, he did it whether or not if it has already been installed, He was a blessing! He let us know we were the customers and he could do whatever we requested. His team had the upmost respect and regards for out privacy. Their skills was phenomenal! It was the best experience that we ever had with a contractor. we would use them.
