"Tiberius and his team did excellent work and did it quickly. They were skilled and very tidy in not leaving a dusty mess during and after their work. He specializes in marble and tile showers that have leaked over time, causing sustained damage in wood structures beneath and next to the leaking shower. Luckily our damage was somewhat limited. The work was not cheap, but he scheduled it quickly and worked on a Saturday to get it done. I will hire him again for bathroom remodeling and highly recommend his company.

I had a water leak in my house a few months ago that damaged several rooms in my home, and in the process of restoration I decided to remove all of the tile and linoleum that matched the ones that were damaged. "While I'm ok with the overall install it certainly isn't what I expected for the cost. As others have pointed out the installer made several mistakes and I find some tiles are poking out, not even, chipped, along with uneven gaps between tiles where he cut too short in some areas and not enough in others. Some tiles have no gaps between them with others have 1/16th inch gaps. There was no upfront consultation on what we wanted or expected, neither on the phone or after the installer arrived. The installer came in and just started putting up thinset without asking any questions on design. I had to halt his work to go over our expectations and what pattern we wanted to lay down. Then the installer took all our left over tile and an unopened 5 lb bag of thinset that we purchased through a tile company. This is not what I expected from an expensive pro company. For the high cost and mediocre work I got from them I would go with a different installer.

"I'm a professional interior designer and have worked with many contractors over the years: Vision Flooring is in the top 1% of those contractors and gets 5 stars across all categories for it's professionalism, skill, and ability to deliver a great end result, in a timely manner and on budget. Alex and his team recently completed a challenging hardwood floor job at my own home. I'm extremely pleased with their work on every level and I highly recommend them. Our job was difficult due to lots of patching (where walls had been moved/removed), bleaching and matching wood tones between 40 yr. old red oak & new oak. Two of the four companies I sought bids from declined the job stating there was "too much patching" and "it wasn't possible to match the new & old wood tones." Alex, however, was confident during our pre-bid meeting, that the finished result I wanted could be achieved: making 40 yr. old dark-stained red oak look like natural (unstained) white oak, and matching it to new oak that had already been laid in the 3 new additions!
