We have an older home (approximately 20 years) with glazed ceramic tile on the kitchen floor. Although the floor is still in good shape there were several tiles that had large chips in them. We had discovered several new, left over tiles in the attic. Red Letters came and replaced the chipped tiles with the new ones.
It took a little trial and error, but Red Letters quickly figured out how to remove the old tile without damaging adjacent tile squares. They tried to preserve some of the original grout around the new tile so color differences would not be noticeable. Red Letters did an excellent job finding a grout that nearly matched the original. They blended it in so well that we have a hard time remembering which are the new tiles!
All tiles were placed in correct alignment and proper height. You really cannot tell where the new ones are located.
If I had to find a fault with Red Letters, it would be in neatness with the clean up. There was a thin layer of dust over the entire kitchen. Red Letters did wipe off all the counter tops, but we have a lot of shelves and other furniture that remained dusty after the job was complete.
All in all, an excellent job, done fairly quickly. Very satisfied. Price was reasonable. Much cheaper than a whole new floor! Glad we found the extra tiles!

I originally hired Mike several years ago to solve an immediate water leak problem from an upstairs bathroom  We were pretty poor at the time and he fixed our issues quickly and cheaply.  We promised ourselves that we would hire him back to complete the job.
Beginning in May we started a complete remodel of our master bath.  It also involved tiling and finishing off a second upstairs bathroom and leak repair (water leaking from shower and tub into stairwell ceiling).
Mike gave us great information on where to look for tile, cabinets, counter-tops, etc.  Once we decided on the design we wanted Mike went to work!  He was mostly prompt to the job-site and he and his crew worked a good hard day everyday.  Even though the project seemed expensive I often wondered how he made any money based on the hours he worked.  I truly felt as though I was getting a good value.  After the bathrooms were remodeled we decided to replace all the windows in the house.  The price was comparable to other quotes from when our neighbors had replaced windows.
Work done
New counter-tops 2 bathrooms
New tile floors - 2 bathrooms
Complete gutting and remodeling of master bath
(installed a heated floor - awesome!)
New windows for entire house (including a garden window and replacing non standard "decorative" windows)
We discussed project changes often - and with remodel work on an older house I expected and planned on some potential disasters.  No major changes and Mike discussed each change/step/cost right away.  In each case I believed we made the house better than it was.
I consider Mike a friend of the family now.  He is reliable and does great work.  He was also had a young man named Tim working for him.  It was great to see Mike training and mentoring him.  Tim was also a great asset to Mike's Team.
