Preston was absolutely wonderful to work with. He asked questions in advance and advised of any issues that might impact the quality of the finished product. He was always prompt and finished in the time he quoted. Most important is that his work is meticulous and he produces an true quality product. We are looking forward to having Eastside Tile do more work for us. 5 stars are not enough for Eastside Tile!

Preston was very professional, knowledgable, and flexible. He provided the pros/cons of different types of tile (ceramic, porcelain, stone) for use as a backsplash as well as different options for design / layout. He provided a list of showrooms to visit and all we had to do was tell him which tile we wanted, and he took care of ordering, picking it up, etc. Made it very easy on us. We ended up liking a tile that didn't come with a matching trim piece, but Preston went out of his way to go to various tile places for us, and was able to find one that matched the tile perfectly. He used high quality grout and tile sealant because of it being in the kitchen area (prone to spills/splashes). He was very trustworthy and I never felt like he was trying to sell me something I didn't need.
Throughout the whole consultation and installation, Preston was very transparent and upfront. He communicated the timeline for installation, the costs, etc. all upfront. Once the tile came in, he called and coordinated the best time to come out and install. He was very flexible and worked around our schedules. He cleaned up the job site daily and we were still able to use our kitchen during installation. I felt very safe with leaving him in my house while I was at work each day. There was no damage, scraped walls or anything. I will definitely be using him for all of my tile work.

My experience with Eastside Tile Company has been good.  This was the third time I have used this particular company over the last 2 years and already plan to use them for my next project. My previous projects included a bathroom, kitchen flooring, and a back-splash.  This time I had them tile a shower, bathroom floor, and install radiant floor heating.
The owner of the company called me back promptly and was at my house the next day to provide me with a quote.   He spent a decent amount of time just going through all the options and different tile with my husband and I so we did not feel like we were rushing into any decisions.  
He showed up each morning promptly and worked hard all day long.  The entire job went smoothly and I really am glad I decided to redo our bathroom.  For the new flooring we choose larger sized tile and they installed it perfectly leaving just a small grout line which I will appreciate when I am cleaning.  In the shower, the tile was installed floor to ceiling which creates a grand appearance.  The owner is very meticulous in his work and it definitely shows.  My bathroom went from the 1970's look to feeling like I have stepped into a spa.  I have gotten so many compliments from my friends and family.  
I would definitely use the company again and would recommend them to others.
