Trystyn and Adam exceeded my expectations for professionalism, timeliness, integrity, and quality. They showed up when they said they would and got a great job done when they said they would. Above and beyond was: -finding a different shower tile for me when the one i had picked wasn’t available. -recommending and executing on a shower cut out I hadn’t though of but much appreciate. -getting replacement tile and rescheduling for tiles that arrived broken -great work attitudes and conversation. I hope I’ll have another reason to hire TRU Contracting. Thank you.

Trystyn and his brother installed a kitchen backslash and installed slate floors in my home. They did excellent work on both, with fair pricing. The floors were tricky as they had to match the existing slate floors we had. The transition appears seamless. I especially like the professionalism and the quick response time and they did everything they said they would. I would definitely use this company again and I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Trystyn at T.R.U installed marble mosaic tile for the backsplash in our kitchen. He did a wonderful job and we are so happy with the end result. This was a remodel so he had to remove the beat-up existing drywall and start from scratch. We were so impressed with the clean workspace he kept in our home and garage during the process. The backsplash looks incredible and he finished our project a day earlier than he originally told us! We are going to have him do other projects in our home in the future. I would strongly recommend Trystyn's company to my family and friends.

Trystyn was very professional right from the start! Both Trystyn and Noah were a pleasure to work with and they did an impeccable job on our backsplash. He noticed our wall was a bit warped and instead of trying to take an easy route, he pulled off the tile prep board he had already installed and added shims to make it perfect. He worked with us on our schedule and completed the job on time with excellent results. My husband is still raving about the finished backsplash and how impressed he was with Trystyn and he is a contractor himself and very picky! We will definitely use them for our next tile project!

Trystyn is the ultimate in a quality contractor. He came over ahead of me selecting a professional for my kitchen floor, showed up on time, and walked us through a variety of options after listening to what we thought we wanted. He didn't try to steer us in a particular direction, nor did he push us to start right away or even hire him for the job. I knew after meeting him the first time that he was going to do a good job. Once we got started with an estimate, Trystyn blew me away with his professionalism. The estimate was broken down perfectly with no hidden costs/fees, he met us at the tile supplier on a Saturday (!) to take as long as needed for us to pick out materials. When he started the job, he walked me through a variety of items to consider or places where I needed to make a decision. He handled a subfloor issue to make sure his work came out just right. I really appreciate the professionalism of Trystyn and Noah - they are meticulous about keeping your house clean during the work, and they treat your project like it was their own house. There's a real attention to detail that Trystyn brings. We have a few other tile-related projects planned for the near future, and I just hope Trystyn is available for them! I wish every contractor could be as excellent.
