From start to finish, their team was professional, reliable, and incredibly detail-oriented. They clearly knew what they were doing and took care of everything — from cleanup and repairs to restoring the walls, flooring, and paint. The crew was always punctual, respectful of my space, and kept the work area clean throughout the project. Most importantly, the quality of their work exceeded my expectations. They brought my home back to life and made it even better than before the damage. I’ve hired Four Seasons Right Services twice to renovate my Seattle condo and several friends and family members hired them too. Eduardo and his team are trustworthy, professional, and take real pride in their work. They did popcorn ceiling removal, trim, electrical updates, lighting, drywall, painting, faucet and mirror installs, and more for me — all with great attention to detail. They often include small fixes without extra charges, and while the quote may not be the cheapest, the quality and value are excellent. The team is respectful, friendly, protects the area, always cleans up, and includes a skilled electrician. A few tips: they’re more responsive by phone than text/email, make sure to confirm products before purchase, and budget a lot of extra time for reno — quality work takes time. They're great at drywall, mudding, and painting, and they’ve also done full bathrooms, kitchens, flooring, water damage repairs, and exterior painting. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again!

We hired 4 Seasons Right Services after we had a devastating flood in our basement. Eduardo and his team came in and assessed the situation and put together a proposal for totally renovating the space in a very thoughtful beautiful manner for a very reasonable cost. We spoke with 4 contractors and 4 Seasons had the most comprehensive high value bid. Including - the removal and abatement of drywall and popcorn ceiling. - a rebuild of everything from the studs up. - an incredible job leveling a very uneven floor and installing of gorgeous luxury vinyl plank flooring. - changing up all the light fixtures and switches making the lighting natural and intuitive. - guidance on all materials - bring several samples, painting segments of the wall different options so we could see the paint during all lighting times of the day. - took care of all the details that we didnâ t even think about - for example unified baseboards and windows and doors. - a remodel of the bathroom - new toilet, new light fixture and mirror, flooring and painting. I had a water leak from my bathroom fan for a month. It caused damage to the ceiling dry wall. Eduardo quickly answered my phone call, stopped by, gave me an estimate on the fix. He and his team did a very good job. They even offered to paint the ceiling the next day when the ceiling wall is dry. I would definitely hire this team again for my future projects.

Eduardo and team, did a excellent drop of restoring my drying wall in my garage from water damage. His team was on time, very professional hard working. Outstanding job of hanging the drywall, mudding and painting. Thanks for your great service!

Projects: Popcorn ceiling removal, ceiling refinishing, drywall repair, replacing baseboard and door trim, full interior painting, trim painting, door painting, replacing bathtub caulking, and more. Pros: - The whole team takes a lot of pride in their work. - Full-service remodeling and handyman -- they can do pretty much anything. They are especially good at drywall repairs, mudding, ceilings, and painting! - Extremely detail-oriented. They proactively pointed out and fixed a lot of tiny details that I didn't even notice. (Things I missed even though I'm a designer!) - Trustworthy. I gave them my keys and full access to my home for a month. I never received any complaints about them from my neighbors, too. - Considerate of your home and careful to protect your floors, walls, etc. - They put down extra coverings to keep your home clean, and they clean up after the job is done. They don't leave a mess that you have to clean up yourself. - Can sometimes do work on weekends. - Reasonable prices, accurate estimates, and honor their original prices. No unexpected charges at the end. - Good communication, pleasant attitude, good sense of humor, and friendly with other residents. Built a good relationship with my building management. - Support family-owned small local businesses! Cons: - The estimated price for services might be in the middle-to-high end of the quotes you receive. However, they're extremely reasonable prices for everything you get. They will go above-and-beyond to deliver quality results. They did a lot of extra small fixes and touch-ups beyond the original proposed scope of work, and they didn't nickle-and-dime me for every little change. They actually SAVED me money on some of my other projects!

Good listener. He did everything I wanted and the work was excellent. I would definitely hire him again.

Eduardo and his team are the best. They were fast, paid attention to detail and went above and beyond the scope of the Origen to do things with “right” way. Eduardo kept me informed and updated. I’ve hired contractors in the past and no one comes close. I’d hire 4 seasons again, and probably will very soon.

Did a great job and very clean after job done

We didnâ t have a large job but we felt that we were treated as a priority anyway. Eduardo was helpful and informative and Jose and Alphonso did a beautiful job on our Sheetrock patches. Everything looks brand new again!

Overall very happy with Eduardo and his team’s work. My only points of improvement are better communication and better cleanup after pressure washing would be appreciated. Would hire their team again.

We got multiple quotes and ended up choosing them as they had the best price. Eduardo was professional, communicative, and easy to work with. His crew was equally professional and polite. One of the best experiences weâ ve had with a contractor, we would definitely hire them again in the future. They worked on removing popcorn ceilings with asbestos and patching drywall. Eduardo explained the process to us and gave us accurate time estimates for how long the project would take to complete. He texted us to let us know when theyâ d be at the house, and gave us updates on the progress. Weâ re very happy with the results and the stellar service provided!
