"My chest freezer broke down and I did not want to buy a new one since I could not afford the same size. I reached out to appliance parts pro and they were confident that what I ordered would fix my problem. $200 in parts later and I now have a broken freezer on my porch and am still paying the loan to this terrible company. They just want you to order parts and try them because they know you can't return them. I hate this company with every fiber of my being and will make sure that anyone that has a broken appliance will not use them. To top it off, their site is so screwed up that it give you an error trying to log back in. I ended up having to create THREE different accounts because every time I went to place a new order, it would not let me login and it would not send a password reset email. DON'T GET RIPPED OFF."

Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization. They must post their own positive reviews. They took my $65.00 fee and did nothing"

When the first service technician showed up, he told me that there was a recall and that I should call Samsung to get the repair for free. I appreciated the tip. Then he charged me for a service call. My issue with YAS is that the person scheduling the appointment should have known about the Samsung recall asked more questions when I told him the year and make of the washer. That would have avoided an unnecessary service call. A couple of weeks later the actual repair was scheduled. I was told rather abruptly by that technician that there was another recall on the machine and YAS did not perform that service. That was very confusing. I called Samsung again and they authorized the second repair and the same tech came out and fixed it. I would have them out again if some problem develops within the warranty for the repair."
