They came on time, did their job quickly and left the house after they cleaned up. Good experience all around.

Worked with the fireplace installer to add an electrical outlet so that there was no cord showing outside the fireplace.  Also switched out some things on our electrical panel so that the furnace and sprinkler system were not on the same circuit.

Did whatever it took to get the job done

Although this was a small job, Gary Brost responded to my call immediately and came out the next day when it was convenient for me.  He was prompt and friendly.  He explained what he was doing and got the job done quickly and efficiently.
I'm from Los Angeles and am not used to this kind of responsiveness, friendliness or service.  
I will definitely use Gary's services again and recommend him highly.

Came quickly at last minute's notice to wire new mini-split heat pump.

It feels wonderful to have someone reliable who knows how to do their job and is responsible.

My friend and I tried to install my 3 new outdoor security lights ourselves, but after spending 3 hours on a Saturday, and a trip to the hardware store for missing parts on just one because of how the original installer had put them in, we gave up. I called Gary and he returned my call very quickly. He came out and looked at them on Monday morning right when he said he would and gave me an estimated cost of $120, we made an appointment, and he came out and did the job. He left the invoice on my door for exactly the amount he had quoted me. I was very happy with his promptness and professionalism!

I renewed my Angie's list commitment, though I had never used it the last time I had it, but I should have....but that's another story. With Gary Brost at Accent Electric it went absolutely great ! From the moment I called him, he responded to my need. He asked..."when today? no, problem" .  We made arrangements and he came just after he finished the job he was on.  And exactly on time as he said he would.  He was knowledgeable and professional and courteous. I am grateful for his timely response to my need!  Would happily refer people to him.  Thank you Angie!!

I called Accent Electric and left a voice mail. Within a couple of hours Gary returned my call and half an hour later he was on the job. It took him a little over an hour and the job was done. I am completely satisfied and would recommend his services without reservation.

He arrived earlier than scheduled. He did a great job even though he spent extra time with my job he still charged the amount he quoted to me.

He installed a bunch of things for us.  He is coming again on Friday to do some more outlets.  The house I am in is built in 1938 so it is a little bit dated.  He was very punctual and very reasonable and we have not had any issues with what he has done.  He was not particularly expensive though I have not had a lot of things done.  I don’t have anything to compare him to but he is okay.  He did it for us mid June when we wanted all of it done quickly when we moved to the house. 

He was awesome! He worked with my schedule and only charged me his base rate even though he came out on the weekend. He was very flexible.

It went great from the phone call asking for his help to the day I paid him.

I had lights in some rooms and outlets in other rooms short out.  Essentially my whole house had issues and i feared the worst.  I called Gary per good reviews on this sight.  He had some appointments cancel, so he had a time gap to swing by my place.  He showed up on time and less then two hours after I initially called.  I described my problems and Gary went to work.  Within a matter of minutes he had found my issue.  He repaired that, then mentioned that one of my light fixtures was improperly wired and he could fix it real quick if i wanted.  All said and done my issue was a bad outlet that was shorted, my total bill was one hour of labor. I was very pleased with Gary's service.  I will recommended Accent to anyone who asks. 

The work included centering a large unwieldy light fixture over a 1000 pound billard table that can not be moved. All I had was the light fixture so Gary had to provide all the decorative mounting systems and chains. He also had to supply and install the light switch. Most of the wiring work took place in the crawl space above the room. The result  was a beautiful addition to my game room that looks and works like it has always been there. I could not be more pleased.

I wanted my kitchen and bathrooms upgraded and called Accent Electric for a consult. I was very impressed with his knowledge and friendliness. He gave me a very good bid and returned the following week as scheduled to start removing the old fixtures and cutting in and wiring for new can lights. He then rewired for new outlets for my oven and mircowave. The job was completed on time and I love my new lights and kitchen. I will definetly call them when I'm ready to install new outdoor lighting.

I heard from a friend about Accent Electric which is a new electrical business in Yakima. I called Gary and asked him to come and give me an estimate on getting rid of a center of the room light fixture and adding 4 can lights instead. I was very happy with his price quote and he was able to do it that day! Now I have light while reading in bed.
