Ron came out and took care of the problem without any issues. It took him a little while to do it but he was very friendly and very polite. We were very pleased with the service. I have a very positive feedback on that. His price just seemed a little expensive for what he did but I am not familiar with what the going rates are nowadays so I am not sure. It just seemed a little bit overpriced to me but he was here right on time. I liked him.

He arrived almost a hour later than time arranged. He found the problem and made a temporary fix until a part could be ordered. He said he would be back on the 10th of Jun, but never arrived and did not respond to message left for him. Never gave an estimate of costs. Also arrived an hour late on the day he was to install the new part.

He is very through and explains anything you ask.
He came right out last year when we had a mouse in the auxiliary heater and helped us
clean it up and make sure it was functioning correctly.
How many servicers would do that?
He also explained to us how to step the thermostat for the heat pump so the auxiliary heater would not come on so much.
This will save electricity.

He is a stand up guy; very honest with a great work ethic. There was a job he was not qualified for and he let me know, there was no run around. Whenever I call him, he returns my calls right away and is very punctual. I call him whenever I need his services.

Ron does great work and should get the highest scores for everything that he does. He even came back, at no charge, and did further repairs to correct a problem. I would definitely choose to have him come do work for us again.

Ron Crider has repaired several of our appliances, and we've been very satisfied. He always tries to find the most economical solution for us and really takes time to explain what's wrong and why. If he can't fix it that day he's very conscientious about getting it fixed as soon as possible.
