They were fine, I just don’t like going to dealers because they charge more. The quality of Pingrey’s work is excellent. It always cost more at the dealers. They were sharp. I would use them again if I had a Ford that needed it, but I don’t happen to. They explained everything. It was a one time only and it was just an hour, it was no big deal. The workers were just fine.

Very smoothly.

When Pingrey does an oil change they always include checking hoses, fluids, etc. But very often I find they have vacuumed my car and wiped down anything that looks like it could use it. Little things, but they mean a lot.

They found a problem with my air conditioner that I forgot to mention to them. They told me about how long I could safely put off the brake repair, and suggested a way to fix my door without using their services. How great is that?

I have been going to Pingrey since 1994 and would never go anywhere else. I trust them and that counts a lot.

They are excellent. I would grade them the best. I would use them again.

I was trying to negotiate a price on a pickup truck and the salesman was extremely rude. Not only was he rude but he insulted me. I will never do business with this dealer and I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. I had been pricing trucks for several months and I knew what the make and model of the truck I was considering buying was going for. I contacted this dealer and made an offer on a truck and the sales person was absolutely rude and demeaning. If the salesperson did not like my offer they should have politely told me and perhaps let me know what the bottom price they would take for the truck.

Ask them to order the parts yesterday...they called at 8A today and told me the parts were in. I drove to the dealership and they had the mirror replaced in about 20 minutes. I watched the mechanic, who was very thorough, knowledgeable and had all the necessary tools handy.
