He started the job but never finished. He started denying my calls and now I find out he isn’t licensed or bonded anymore and has multiple unpaid fines against company. He isn’t insured. Be sure to verify any information he gives you. He has lawsuits against him for breach of contract. Find someone else. He claims he’s a general contractor but that too is a lie"

"We had a great difficulty through out the project: they started without a detailed agreement that they used it as negotiation in the second day. They also did not start as they said how they would start. On the second day, they left before noon saying that they would came back next day. Then they didn’t return next day without any communication. As I called/text, they didn’t respond any in the first call/text. Later, I called again. The owner lied that he was sick nd in the hospital. As the conversation going on, the owner stated that they won’t return to finish the job unless we pay them in full in advance before they restart the job. Also he stated that he would only return to work after the weekend, that include Friday as the weekend. Long story short, we end up paying the half of the remaining cost to got them restarting the project. Finally they completed our project with two weeks(replacing fence, replacing the top of the back yard deck nd external paint) the last day they left very late that it was dark nd u able to inspect what they did nd how was the paint look like. We were tired nd paid them nd let them go without saying anything negative. We served them meals through out the days when they were here working. They left a quit bit cleaning up post work to us. Some rapes still remain in the roof that we won’t be able to reach without claiming up to do so! We reached out to Agi without following up as it was promised! First we thought that I paid half of the price in advance only got the partial old fence removed Finally they came back finished the job nd left with quit a bit cleaning for ourself"
