The install was defective - pipes weren't attached and we were heating the crawl space for over a month before my husband identified the problem. "Cleaning the air ducts was done quickly, it is the craw space job that was really hard and challenging, yet David went above and beyond and wasn't scared to go down there and reattach and secure the dryer vent in the crawl space, he came back all covered with lent.
