"We have just finished building a new home and Lionel Peoples' team came in and did post construction clean up. We have had vendors in and out creating dust from just general construction and dust created by installation of both granite and laminate countertops, dust from finish millwork, etc. They came in and cleaned my new home and did a fabulous job. The windows sparkled. I would highly recommend them to anyone without hesitation. I was so pleased I plan to use them again in the future."

"The entire team at Modern Flooring Services was incredibly professional! We appreciate how responsive they were and how smooth the process was with them. We had a very tight timeline after closing on our house to get the new floors installed before we moved. And they finished installation a day early! They were great, making sure that we knew exactly what to expect, what was possible, and communicated what they needed to correct certain issues that they ran into after demolition.
