I needed to have a couple of interior walls insulated for soundproofing done. David was responsive, answered all my questions and gave me a reasonable quote. Some of the plug work done was PERFECT, and much of it was not, resulting in unsightly exterior appearance and challenging sanding and finishing being required by me, the homeowner. This company COULD have done all the plugs perfectly, but chose not to do so. In addition, I had to request a receipt for the work, and I was not provided with a written copy of the verbal warranty stated by the owner of the company."
