His staff of 3 men arrived at about 7:30 AM and completed the crawlspace cleanout in about 7 hours. Several things that I learned during this process my 1998 built home: Had insulation with formaldehyde Had R-19 insulation - New installed insulation was R-30 The old insulation was no longer efficient after 20 years The new (R-30) insulation will be efficient for 30 years Insulation Co also does attic insulation replacement When they completed the crawlspace cleanout, the crawlspace looked better than it did when the home was new."

"I was given several recommendations from Angi list, the most professional one of the 4 contacts I received was from David of EVERGREENPRO INSULATION. I needed to have a couple of interior walls insulated for soundproofing done. David was responsive, answered all my questions and gave me a reasonable quote. The other companies I talked to quotes were inline with Davids but the customer service just wasn't there like Davids. I even had one company tell me my project was too small for them to do..... "This company is fantastic! 1. Out of the 5 companies I was considering for insulation replacement (yes 5), their quote was the only one that was itemized and understandable. You knew each task you were paying for as well as what the workers were promising to deliver, which is extremely important when dealing with contractors. I found this out having met with 20+ over the last month. 2. They had the most reasonable price, and Rory in particular worked to volunteer his expertise on what our situation needed/did not need with an honesty that is hard to come by because it did not come off as self-serving or trying to take advantage of our lack of expertise. 3. They were reliable, on time, and very communicative every step of the way. They touched base frequently about our complicated situation, they were available for price discussions, and they were direct in communicating arrival and finishing times. I was extremely impressed. 4. The individuals at this company went above and beyond the call of duty. Debbie was affable and an organized presence on the phone. The other staff we worked with- Santiago, Rafael, Luis, and Felix- were all extremely courteous and hardworking during the projects. 5. They worked to coordinate with other contractors without me having to micromanage anyone. I had a roofing company, arborist/tree service, and vent cleaners on site. They were able to navigate their own working space and work in tandem on the roof with the roofers to replace the insulation on the cathedral portion of the house when the underdeck was ripped off, as well as add baffles appropriately. 6. They brainstormed to fix problems we were having at extremely reasonable prices. Example: The attic portion of my home was missing half the ceiling (had to be removed because of extensive mold damage) and they helped me place drywall so we could replace the insulation on the timeline we initially agreed to. It saved my husband and me a lot of money and heartache. What more could you want from a company? The biggest impression I walked away with is that this company actually cares about your situation. My husband and I were purchasing a new home in need of a lot of repairs. We have a toddler and I am third-trimester pregnant. With the move, the unpleasant relationship we had with the previous owners of our home, the strain on our finances, and the overwhelming stress of finding new problems everywhere we looked, I can only say I am extremely grateful we went with Madrona Home Services. Some of the plug work done was PERFECT, and much of it was not, resulting in unsightly exterior appearance and challenging sanding and finishing being required by me, the homeowner. This company COULD have done all the plugs perfectly, but chose not to do so. In addition, I had to request a receipt for the work, and I was not provided with a written copy of the verbal warranty stated by the owner of the company."
