We had a great experience with TCB Carpet from start to finish. Lenny met us at our home with samples and was very honest and helpful during the carpet selection. Once the right carpet was chosen & measurements were completed, he was able to set up the installation date that worked for us. His crew was very professional, punctual, organized. They were very efficient. We have a 2900+sqft house and they were in and out in less than 2 days. Swift & Quality work. They even cleaned up of driveway of any debris that was there from cutting the carpets. Will definitely hire them again for all of our future flooring needs.

Greg responded immediately to our request and came to the store. He quoted us a reasonable price. Very nice to work with him! He scheduled a contractor within two weeks. They started at 6am and the store opened at 10 am as usual. The project went well and turned out terrific!

It went great! The whole process was very timely. I contacted Greg about getting a quote and he came the next day, we lucked out with the carpet being in stock and were able to get it install 2 weeks after. The install for two rooms and one stair case took a day. We are very impressed with the quality of work and overall experience. Would highly recommend to anyone and will certainly be using their services in the future!

Smooth sailing from the get go. Lenny came to our home with flooring samples helped us choose the perfect flooring, scheduled our install that evening. The day came for the install, guys showed up at the exact time they said they would and did the install. Next day came back at scheduled time and finished the job beautifully. Cleaned all marierials and debri and job was complete. Could not have gone more smoothly. Would highly recommend this company for any flooring needs. Chris re-carpeted a house we had just bought. He gave us a range of options as far as how we wanted the stairs and other areas done. He went above and beyond, finding ways to make carpet fit around permanently-installed shelving units in closets, and he did the work in a house that had just been painted without damaging anything.

I got excellent advice, and great service. Communication was clear and prompt, follow-up was exceptional. Greg and his team kept to the time-table, or finished early. I had multiple quotes, and Greg's was best. I had some unusual problems -- the previous resident had kept an old dog indoors, and there were issues with odors as well as stains -- Greg knew how to deal with things and provided good solutions.

It went exceedingly well. Greg brought and sent many carpet samples, explained in detail the differences between them, the pros/cons, etc. Communication was great, and constant - Greg was always there to answer any questions I had and to reassure me throughout the process. The gentlemen he brought in to install the carpet were great as well - friendly, communicative, helpful, and thorough in their work. The end result looks amazing, and I would gladly hire TCB again. (In fact, I will be re-hiring them in the next year to redo the upstairs carpeting.)

We had an amazing experience with TCB Carpets, twice. Greg came to the door of the house of was moving out of, and then later to the house I moved in to. He listened to what I needed in color, quality, and costs, and brought in the perfect samples until I found the exact match. The installers were prompt, friendly, effective, and left everything in perfect order (even vacuumed). We were very pleased with the outcome and highly recommend TCB Carpets!

Lennard is such a pleasant, professional and punctual person - I had a lower bid but went with Lennard only bcz of my.interqction with him. His installer was very professional, everything went very smoothly as planned and Lennard was always available and easy to communicate with - text, call as well as email. Highly recommended.

Everything was great. The representative was able to meet me on location at my place on a weekend (because I'm an out-of-town landlord and was only in town over the weekend). Obviously the portable carpet sample selection is smaller than what you may find in a show room, but I found a carpet color and quality that met my needs, and was more affordable than other quotes I had received. I was not home at the time of service, but everything was done on time and to spec -- the place looked great! Several people actually commented on the beautiful color of the carpet (not the standard/boring shade of beige).
