"Best decision I made for home improvement. I reviewed a number of vendors to have my carpets cleaned but only one had real reviews from real people that have an honest recommendation and that was, Northwest Rain Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning. My carpets were filthy from kids and dogs and had not been touched in years. Now they look and smell good and that I can entertain again and relax on the floor. I highly recommend Northwest Rain Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning."

"I dealt with Kevin the owner, he was completely honest about everything. Our carpets came out amazing. Absolutely amazing service. Do not look any further."

"Lenny really knows this carpet stuff. He is knowledgable and very helpful. We were confused what to pick, and he gave us really good suggestions, which we ended up with Dixie Home carpets and LOVE it! From all the different quotes we got, TCB was the best offer overall. He communicates everything so well. Last, he was able to deliver within the timeframe he had said. So glad we found TCB!"

"It was very easy to set up a day and time. They came home in 2 days after my call. They repair the space that I asked and for that, they need it some carpet that I had in a walking closet. They took that out, repaired it, and he offer me for free a piece that match good in the closet. They were fast, easy and very convenient in price. He told me that he wants to see the clients happy, so he offers me lifetime warranty."

"I had some old carpet that was damaged by my pets and needed to be replaced. I decided to remove the carpet and install new wood flooring to match the rest of my house. Tile decor did an amazing job and was very detail oriented. Iâ d recommend and would look to them for other Renos."

"SIMPLY OUTSTANDING! I was fortunate to hire Olympus Flooring for both a laminate flooring and carpeting for a major condominium remodel. The work that was done on both project was INCREDIBLE. Both projects were done in less than one day (each), and extremely professional. They were extremely flexible with scheduling and a pleasure to work with. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! Will send project pictures if desired. JEP [email protected]"

"Matt, texted us shortly before arrival. He explained his services, the expected outcome, and the cost. He was quick, efficient, and our carpets are beautiful and **STAIN FREE**. Would 100% ask Matt and Chinook Services back. Couldn't be happier from scheduling, pricing, services rendered, even payment was an easy emailed invoice at the end. We will use Chinook for our other cleaning needs going forward based on our experiences with them today."

"Rachel (our salesperson) is amazing and kept us posted. The carpet installers did a great job! Next Monday, we install the laminate!"

"Excellent work! The team did a fantastic job installing our new carpet. The carpet is completely smooth, seamless, and clean. Their material prices were very reasonable compared to other quotes we got, and they were extremely respectful of our home—they cleaned up every bit of trash and debris before leaving. Highly recommend!"

"Really appreciate the work by Vitalii and his team! They checked the moisture below our carpet and recommended that we do engineered wood instead of hardwood, even though it makes them less money. They also helped us with some other GC projects in the house and were very knowledgeable. I highly recommend!"
