"Harold was horrible. He did not complete the job. The backyard was not thatched or aerated as was the part of the job. The edging was uneven and looked like he used a pencil. The front yard was just as poorly done. The thatching he did reaped a half bin of grass this I needed to redo."

"Matt Johnson, owner and technician, provides excellent service. He fixed our washer, showed us what was wrong and advised that we did not need a new part. His work is guaranteed for 60 days so if the same problem happens again, he will come out, order a new part at that time, and not charge for his labor. He also checked out other parts of the washer and said they were fine. All of this for one price, $120plus tax. He also told my husband “if this happens this is how to fix it”. We are grateful to Angie’s list for the referral and to Matt for the great service."

"Carlos and entire team at Mazter Appliances is amazing. My Whirlpool Icemaker stopped working and it would not make any ice. They provided the right estimate upfront and warned me that there could be several things wrong but they will analyze the problem. The Problem was analyzed on the first visit as no power coming to the icemaker at the right time. The part was ordered and they replaced the icemaker. Unfortunately the unit was still not getting the power so the control board had to be possibly replaced. They worked with Whirlpool and entered a a special case for me and not only got the control board issue corrected but also double checked all the wires so the problem does not happen again. Fixing the issue not only took a lot of patience but also over 4+ Visits to get the unit working. Kudos to Carlos and the Mazter team for fixing the complex issue. The Icemaker issue I had was not easy to fix as replacing the Icelamaker and control board did not get it working. It needed a few more tweaks suggested by Whirlpool. Highly recommend Mazter for any Appliance issues."

"Buyer beware! Contractor showed up on time at the rental unit. I paid him over the phone for the amount he said I owed. He told me he made the dryer element repair, and then I learned he told the tenant he would return to make the repair. Next day we had the dryer vent cleaned and a bird nest was found in the vent. This contractor said there was no sign of a past or present problem with dryer itself. I then phoned Puget Sound Appliance (PSA) who said they would reverse the $567.79 charge (heating element and labor) on my charge card. This never happened. I challenged the expense with my card company. PSA then provided the card company with an invoice I had never before seen that included a penciled in no refund policy and a forged signature."
