Carlos and entire team at Mazter Appliances is amazing. My Whirlpool Icemaker stopped working and it would not make any ice. They provided the right estimate upfront and warned me that there could be several things wrong but they will analyze the problem. The Problem was analyzed on the first visit as no power coming to the icemaker at the right time. The part was ordered and they replaced the icemaker. Unfortunately the unit was still not getting the power so the control board had to be possibly replaced. They worked with Whirlpool and entered a a special case for me and not only got the control board issue corrected but also double checked all the wires so the problem does not happen again. Fixing the issue not only took a lot of patience but also over 4+ Visits to get the unit working. Kudos to Carlos and the Mazter team for fixing the complex issue. The Icemaker issue I had was not easy to fix as replacing the Icelamaker and control board did not get it working. It needed a few more tweaks suggested by Whirlpool. Highly recommend Mazter for any Appliance issues.

Carlos came over right on time. Was super nice and professional. Fixed our issue quickly and was very attentive of keeping everything clean. Price was much cheaper than anyone else I considered. Would definitely hire again for ANY appliance issue.

Fantastic. Saved us a bundle versus buying a new dishwasher. In that it was an ancient dishwasher, he was very thorough in his examination, fixing more than just the primary leak. Cost was very reasonable.

I came across Mazter Appliance through a google search and I was so glad I called, customer service is top notch, repair and troubleshooting EXCELLENT, they were prompt to respond to questions, phone calls and emails, on time, responsive and through. Carlos was on time, and fixed the problem in record time and his work was guaranteed. They are top of my list for any appliance repair and I have already recommend this company to a co-worker. BACKGROUND: I wished I had found Mazter Appliances before the nightmare of having another appliance repair company work on my dryer. The other company grossly overcharged me, replaced the heating element with a non-OEM part and sold me a part I did not need the pulley arm and poorly put the dryer back together. Not to mention left me hanging for 2 weeks with the original issue of the dryer not heating and new one where the dryer stuck at 1 min and would just keep running. This other repair company (ALPHA OMEGA) ignored all texts and calls from a frustrated customer. After $375 and nothing fixed, I had no other option but to seek another repair service to fix the dryer. I contacted this company and demanded a refund of my money, we will see if he follows through with the promise of refund.

Carlos was right on time, and fixed the problem in record time. He told me his work was guaranteed. Everyone on his staff was great. They were prompt to respond to questions, phone calls and emails, even when I had an issue over the weekend. They are top of my list for any appliance repair!

Quick and very efficient, he even moved my washer and dryer for me after I mentioned I wished they had been installed that way.
