From then on the heat pump installation went smoothly and professionally, the electricians did a quick and effective job of hooking it up to the service, and the site was left clean. I did not understand at first how to operate the thermostat, given that the Mitsubishi owners manual was of limited help, and per my request a rep from the company came out a few days later to give me a tutorial about what the range of settings can do. From then on the system has operated flawlessly and lives up to its reputation."

"I purchased a new Navien NPE-240A2 Tankless Water Heater and had it installed. I'm loving the new water heater. It replaces an old Noritz tankless that died just before this installation. The on-site estimate was what sold me. Ken went through all the details and answered a lot of questions from me. Zachary came out with Austin and performed the installation just like I discussed with Ken. Zachary kept me in the loop throughout the installation to ensure I was in agreement with how it was going. Zachary always had my interest at heart and ensured no corners were cut. The installation is much cleaner, and more correct than the previous tankless company did. Zachary even listened to my concern about the astectics of the exterior exhaust and quickly found an easier and cleaner looking way to address my concern. He also removed an old recirculation pump and replaced a new main house shutoff valve. The entire area was treated respectfully and left cleaner than they found it."

"It turned out Cozy Heat is not a distributor of our furnace brand, however they did find out for us that it is still covered under warranty for parts, but not labor. We were quoted what the cost of labor would be for them to install. He attempted to contact the furnace brand people for more information and was transferred to a number that said they were not open at that time (imagine that - after 9:00 a.m. on a Monday morning). He asked his secretary to check into that and call us back. She did very promptly. We were told we might want to get a 2nd opinion to decide on an 11 year old furnace whether we want to have a new furnace installed or have just the heat exchanger replaced. At this time we are planning to meet with a different company for a 2nd opinion. But even while we are waiting to do that, we are leaning towards having Cozy Heat replace the whole furnace.
The indecision is that reading online customer reviews about the different furnace brands, I don't see a furnace that stands out with customers and quot;very satisfiedand quot; more than and quot;very unsatisfiedand quot;. Seems like the reviewed furnace brands people are consistently 45% very satisfied and 55% very unsatisfiedand quot;.

"I was very pleased with the work that Tim and Drew did installing our dual fuel range. We were going to attempt to do it ourselves, but ran into some difficulties. I gave them a call on a Monday morning and asked when they could come by and do an estimate for us. As luck would have it, they had a job near us that same day and were able to come in the early afternoon. They started in on the job right after they arrived and were able to come up with a less invasive solution to our problem. While I was talking to Tim, Drew was doing his magic behind the range and before I knew it, everything was hooked up, fit well and worked properly. I am very happy with the installation and thought the fee was very reasonable."

The unit runs quietly and efficiently, but to have two major components fail in 3½ years doesn’t speak well for Bryant reliability. An “F” for $616 in labor costs (defrost control board installation $240, fan motor installation $376). These costs were listed on the invoice before work began. Parts were covered by warranty. Tax added another $53. The work was completed in less than two hours ($300+ per hour)."

"The installation was completed in a single day. The workers were courteous and conscience. They did make a bit  of a mess of my attic insulation where the drain lines were routed, but they missed putting it back after putting in a pretty long day and that was a relatively easy for me to fix. The workers took the time to give a basic operating instructions for the thermostat.

After the installation there have been problems with the furnace. Phoenix has been very active in followup service calls in trying to get to the root of the problem, including bringing in manufacturer service personnel. The problem with the furnace is not related to installation by Phoenix. It seems clear there is some kind of defect in the furnace itself that has been difficult to locate and resolve. I appreciate the persistence of Nick in getting this resolved. There have been at least 10 visits by Phoenix personnel, mostly Nick, in working on this problem."
