From then on the heat pump installation went smoothly and professionally, the electricians did a quick and effective job of hooking it up to the service, and the site was left clean. "Noel replaced two water heaters and installed hot water line so I can wash car with warm water. :) Overall, I am very happy with the quality of his work. He is very patient and took time to do quality work. Before he start on the project he laid down paper on carpet to protect it and he cleaned up everything after he's done. His pricing isn't the cheapest...but I would say average. In line with what other plumbers charge to the same work. They were about 40% the cost of Renewal By Andersen for the same Andersen windows, were professional and courteous throughout the process, and we haven't had a single problem since. So when we wanted to put in a heat pump system for efficient heating and cooling they were high on our list. We got four bids, and once again they were the least expensive, in this case by a 30% margin. They explained our options well, came up with some creative solutions (we're an old house with old vent-work which they bypassed for the ductless pumps but used for a top quality air filter), and did the job quickly and efficiently. They've checked back a couple of times since to make sure everything is ok, which it is, and it's been really nice to heat our bedroom on some cold nights and cool my western facing home office on some sunny afternoons). When the permit inspector asked before they came over who our installer is and I told them, they said "They do really good work." Definitely recommend them to others and in fact already have."
