From then on the heat pump installation went smoothly and professionally, the electricians did a quick and effective job of hooking it up to the service, and the site was left clean. I did not understand at first how to operate the thermostat, given that the Mitsubishi owners manual was of limited help, and per my request a rep from the company came out a few days later to give me a tutorial about what the range of settings can do. "Noel replaced two water heaters and installed hot water line so I can wash car with warm water. :) Overall, I am very happy with the quality of his work. He is very patient and took time to do quality work. Before he start on the project he laid down paper on carpet to protect it and he cleaned up everything after he's done. His pricing isn't the cheapest...but I would say average. In line with what other plumbers charge to the same work.
