In the past two years they have installed a new gas furnace boiler, two gas fireplace inserts and now a new gas hot water heater. In each instance, Jeff and his crew have been very prompt about attending to our requests and providing us with an estimate. On the day that the work was to be done the work crew has always arrived on time and finished the job as scheduled. They have been very professional to deal with. We are very appreciative that they were able to work us into their schedule so quickly this last time as going without hot water is a bit of an inconvenience. Their pricing was about what I had expected to pay, and we were able to schedule an install for 3 weeks out from our estimate. The installers came on time, and maintained a very clean workspace over their two day installation. They even swept out our whole garage when they were done. "I purchased a new Navien NPE-240A2 Tankless Water Heater and had it installed. I'm loving the new water heater. It replaces an old Noritz tankless that died just before this installation. The on-site estimate was what sold me. Ken went through all the details and answered a lot of questions from me. Zachary came out with Austin and performed the installation just like I discussed with Ken. Zachary kept me in the loop throughout the installation to ensure I was in agreement with how it was going. Zachary always had my interest at heart and ensured no corners were cut. The installation is much cleaner, and more correct than the previous tankless company did. Zachary even listened to my concern about the astectics of the exterior exhaust and quickly found an easier and cleaner looking way to address my concern. He also removed an old recirculation pump and replaced a new main house shutoff valve. The entire area was treated respectfully and left cleaner than they found it."

The furnace was fine but found a potential problem with the air conditioner and went out of his way to get the part and fix it right away. I am now looking at having them install a new Thermostat for me. I Highly recommend them and would use them for all my needs."

He is very patient and took time to do quality work. Before he start on the project he laid down paper on carpet to protect it and he cleaned up everything after he's done. His pricing isn't the cheapest...but I would say average. In line with what other plumbers charge to the same work.
