"I called and Schmitty's told me they could have someone there at 8 AM the next day. They called the next morning and confirmed that the repair team was on its way and two members of Schmitty's staff arrived shortly thereafter, showing up a few minutes earlier than the scheduled time. They were courteous and efficient, and soon had the problem valve apart. It was an older design (40 year old house) and not the brand of valve I'd suggested when I'd called them so they had to go out to obtain the necessary replacement part but they were back soon and the installation went very quickly. The valve works fine now and I'm happy."

"French drain installation along a retaining wall (75 yards). Thomas who handled the sales end of things was friendly and responsive. The crew showed up on time. They were hard working and receptive of customer feedback. They first removed the ivy that was obstructing the work area and then completed the trench on day 1 which uncovered some of the unwelcome water sources. A legacy footing drain was plumbed directly into the main french drain pipe. Perpherated pipe was dropped in on Day 2 followed by river rock, catch basins, and 3 ft dry well installation. Cleanup was done thoroughly. I would hire them again in a heartbeat."

"I have a 1906 cottage in N Seattle, with an old porous foundation. Water came into the basement for the first time in 20 years. Another contractor bid the job at $12,000 after 3 site visits and almost a month. Andy came out to the house the same day I talked to him, and estimated the same job at half that price. He followed up with questions, asked about making another visit, came out again and saw that the drainpipe was disconnected at the top of the area being flooded. 75% of the roof's water was pooling against the house. He found a ladder and fixed it and isn't charging me a dime. So, no French drain, no Delta drain, no foundation treatment, no 50' of trenching, no $$$.
