The final price ended up being right on with what the estimated price was. They provided all the materials and they cleaned up when they were finished and didn’t leave a mess behind for us to have to clean up. They listened to us and to what our desires were and then they explained the different options that we had. They were very respectful not only to us but to our property. They showed up on time when they said they would be here and the project was completed when they estimated it would be done. "I had a clogged drain that no amount of plunging could get rid of. I called several companies. I initially went with Mr Rooter because they were the only ones that could make it out that same day. Glad I did. The technician was very pleasant and he took his time to explain all the steps he was doing and let me watch as he put a camera down the drain and showed me on the screen where the clog was and all the build-up in the pipes. He then brought in a high pressure washer and I watched on the screen as he cleaned the pipes all the way down to where it joined up with the main sewer line. I initally thought the estimate was a little high, but not after watching all that they (his supervisor also showed up after an hour to help out) did."
