They first removed the ivy that was obstructing the work area and then completed the trench on day 1 which uncovered some of the unwelcome water sources. A legacy footing drain was plumbed directly into the main french drain pipe. Perpherated pipe was dropped in on Day 2 followed by river rock, catch basins, and 3 ft dry well installation. Cleanup was done thoroughly. I would hire them again in a heartbeat."

I think if some rookie or sophomore plumber encountered the slight uneven floor for the toilet install they may have backed out of the project but seeing Jeremy work his skills made the install a breeze. The angle stop valve replacement looked just as easy to install despite the old galvanized pipe that is over 70 years old can potentially be a challenge but he made great work of it."

"I have a 1906 cottage in N Seattle, with an old porous foundation. Water came into the basement for the first time in 20 years. Another contractor bid the job at $12,000 after 3 site visits and almost a month. Andy came out to the house the same day I talked to him, and estimated the same job at half that price. He followed up with questions, asked about making another visit, came out again and saw that the drainpipe was disconnected at the top of the area being flooded. 75% of the roof's water was pooling against the house. He found a ladder and fixed it and isn't charging me a dime. So, no French drain, no Delta drain, no foundation treatment, no 50' of trenching, no $$$. Andy was timely, reliable, did what he said, and knows his stuff. He was a great communicator, and I feel so so lucky to have found him."

"They were able to the job much sooner than the time arranged. Over a month sooner! Price was very good. The installed thick stone stairs on incline. They look beautiful. The only thing I would do differently is to have a sketch drawn up of the planned work to be done. We had them relay a slate Garden Path and add a seating area.. they did a really great job laying it, it just ended up to be different than what I had wanted.... but was laid well. We also have them put in a 35 ft French drain in an area that had poor drainage and I have tested it and is working very well. They also moved part of our irrigation system and made sure it was running properly. I would definitely use them again and I plan on using them again. Hard-working and good workmanship."
