Get matched with top ring installation pros in Startup, WA

"We own a small family operated jewelry store and decided to get ADT for protection and surveillance. Prior, we just had Ring and it was not sufficient or reliable. This has clearer cameras and a much better app experience. Happy with our new system and equipment."

"Great sales manager and team members that did the install were very professional."

"We are a business in Lynnwood and needed to cover our warehouse and offices with security cameras. We got 3 quotes and Jimmie was not the cheapest one but was the most transparent and clear on how everything was going to work. Not only that, from the 3 quotes Jimmie was the only one to clearly state the brand of camera, the pixels, the model and the DVR. The other people where not disclosing enough info, which made me doubt. The whole installation of 10 cameras in a 4000sq feet facility was done in 2 days. Jimmie then came back to the office and explained all the functions of the cameras, installed an app in my phone for remote viewing and spent maybe 1 hours doing that. I recommend these guys 100%. "They showed up and did the estimate on Tuesday, their price was the best of the bids I got. They also had the most responsive installation availability. They came on the following Thursday morning and installed the new circuit breaker into the power panel, and routed the line. Job was complete in about 1.5 hours. They fully explained what they would do, and what the new circuit would look like. I'm very satisfied with the results.

"Jimmie conducted an estimate a couple of weeks ago (this was the second security company to give us an estimate) and offered an honest appraisal of what was necessary based on hearing our concerns for safety. We decided to hire him to install our system. He was flexible and honest about his schedule and availability. He installed our system as ordered and even put in extra time to upgrade parts that we hadn't expected without changing his price! Wow...talk about a commitment to your customer and dedication to provide excellent product and customer satisfaction. The install itself went very smoothly and I was given all the education I needed to feel comfortable with operating the alarm. I whole heartedly recommend this company!"

"We have been in contact with them since the time they installed the furnace, because we have had problems with it. They have been absolutely fantastic in their follow up. They came out whenever our heat did not work and got it taken care of. They worked with the maker of the furnace to identify some issues as it was a new model that Lennox just released. They got updated parts from Lennox and came out and installed them in our unit. While all this was going on, I told them that I didn't want this furnace anymore as I had paid a lot of money for a good furnace because this was one of those 98 percent efficient ones. They told me to let them do all the work and when it is all done and if I still don't want it, they would tear it up and put in whatever I wanted and give me the difference in the money if there was any difference. I was convinced that they got everything updated and repaired and fixed appropriately. They provide a ten year parts and one year labor warranty with it and I asked them to upgrade me to the ten year parts and ten years labor. Now if anything goes wrong with the furnace for the next ten years it is covered. I had a meeting with them and Lennox that they set up and G&S was proactive. I got the extended warranty and on top of that, I told them that although I have a extended warranty, I still don't want to go through two to three service calls in a year even if it is free. G&S said that they will write on the warranty that I have more than two service calls in a year and if I want to get rid of the furnace, they would tear it down and replace it. I can’t imagine anybody being any better about something like that. The final fixes on the furnace have been done for a couple of months now and we have had no problems at all. We have used them for years for maintenance on our other furnace and we liked them all along and we were really pleased with how they stepped up to the complaint on this issue. I am not sure I got the best deal in the world in terms of price, but it was okay. So far the quality of the furnace is average but I think it will move up because I know the company does good furnaces. I think the quality of G&S is surely good."

"We contracted with Green Concepts LLC for a panel replacement and upgrade. They also included a installation of a generator plug as a Winter special at no extra cost. Their work bid was very competitive, complete and honest. There was no attempt to sell something extra, nor were there any hidden / extra charges as was the case with some of the other bids. Monica did the scheduling and handled all the billing, permits and inspection scheduling. This was done in a professional, complete and timely manner. Monica was very easy to deal with via e-mail or phone. The work was scheduled within a reasonable and accommodating time. Work was completed as scheduled and passed inspection with a recommendation of “very well done”. Derek was very professional, through and complete. He took the time to answer questions, make recommendation and give advice. Watching Derek work it was obvious he was not only a Master Electrician but a Master Craftsman as well. His first priority was customer satisfaction and pride in his work rather than high turnover and profit. This is a local firm committed to the improvement of the community and the “Green” concept. I would highly recommend this firm and will use them in the future."

"Self installed is the only option. System works fine for the most part though we have had problems with the motion sensor cameras. Not that I have anything against FrontPoint, but if I were replacing system, I would probably go with Simply Safe now that they have cameras."

"There wasn't an installer available in our area, but it was very simple to install, and their customer service rep walked us through the entire process. It works really well. No complaints.

"We had two jobs done on two different days. We had to call back to arrange a time to have the other work completed. On the day of service, they were supposed to call when they were on there way. They never call. Fortunately one of us was home. The door to the garage was installed with an uneven gap on the bottom, so now we need to get a piece of weather stripping for the bottom of the door and complete the job ourselves. The filler they used to fill the nail holes on the kitchen trim is a red clay color that was used very liberally. Now we need to do a bunch of sanding and repaint all of the trim. They did reinstall our bathroom sink correctly. We did not expect to have to do this much follow up work. We would not hire them again."
