This time Peter came out to install a bathroom light in a different location and upgrade some dimmer switches. He showed up promply, was thorougly professional and did the work efficiently while keeping the place clean. Not surprisingly, they tend to be booked out, but I find the wait worth it."

"Perfectly. Our electrician, Daniel, showed up on time (with COVID protective wear; thank you!) and ready to go. He's easy to talk to and knows what he's doing. He figured out why I was having trouble and explained it to me in terms I can understand. I had no idea that the older dimmer switches we had installed @ 2005 (by a different electric company) were not ideally designed for use with LED bulbs. (To be fair, maybe they told me and I'd forgotten, I'm not certain...) Then to fix my under-cabinet lights, he was smart enough and brave enough to check our old attic to find the transformer. "My 20+ yr old water heater failed, sending a stream of water thru my garage. After turning the gas off and draining the tank, I called Seatown based on a referral from Puget Sound Energy and their solid reviews here on Angi. Scheduled the appointment over the phone. Communication was smooth & easy. Received a text 2 hrs before arrival and then 30 minutes out. It included a photo & short bio of the plumber which I thought was a nice touch, both for safety reasons & ‘cause it’s nice to treat people like they’re not anonymous drones. Chris & apprentice Jeffrey arrived promptly. Gave me clear info on options & prices, I approved the bid and they set to work installing a new 50 gal, natural gas powered Bradford White tank storage water heater. I opted for the model with the 10 yr warranty rather than the 6. They were efficient, thorough and personable. Went above & beyond, re-routing a water line and repairing a janky exhaust vent that they thought the city inspector might not like. They even shop vaced the cobwebs from the space before installing the new tank, bless ‘em. Chris explained maintenance requirements, how to read the control panel & use emergency shut offs. Seatown takes care of city permits (my city requires one) which I appreciated. Work was begun around 11 & I had hot water by 3:30. Payment was due upon completion and I got a senior discount. Price was competitive with other companies’. They hauled away the old tank and all packing materials and left a very clean worksite. All in all, a good product, well delivered."

"We first hired Jack back in the fall for a leaking toilet and repairing some water damage from the toilet in our home.  We were impressed with the quality and price of his work that we hired him again about a month ago to tackle some of the other household projects, including installing an entry to the crawl space, repairing holes where it appears mice were entering from, repairing a toilet, and other repairs.  In the middle of the project our rental unit became suddenly vacant and we asked Jack to tackle the unit.  He did it with enthusiasm and intelligence and when he found something that needed to be done, he did it with our ok.  We were amazed with the final project.  The place was beautiful.  Jack is very attentive to detail, quick, hard-working, and gets the job done.  We have several other rental properties as well as our home that continuously needs work and we will be hiring Jack for life.  Jack of all Trades is the perfect description for the business.  He really can do it all.

"Above & beyond performance on new electric panel. A problem occurred the next day which caused 3 blackouts within 30 minutes; I called my Client Rep & the office, who promised an electrician that same morning. Well, the electrician - my Client Rep - was at my home within the hour after a 40-minute drive! Yes, he did fix the problem and it has been fine since. Also, the electrician team installed new lights in previously dark rooms (2-story garage, master bedroom, breakfast nook, AND heirloom chandeliers in a two-story ceiling! "Nathan installed several outlets in our garage , a new security light behind the garage, and corrected the wiring to our court lights. He did a great job with all the work, routing the wiring very neatly, installed the outlets where I wanted them and advised me on the best way to get what I needed. He was very open to all my questions as well as my grandson’s questions about why Nathan did things a certain way. Nathan was very patient and made sure we both understood the reasons and methods for his work. Excellent work ethic.
