The other people where not disclosing enough info, which made me doubt. The whole installation of 10 cameras in a 4000sq feet facility was done in 2 days. "Installation was easy. Equipment looks and feels sturdy and durable. I purchased the indoor camera, sensors, motion sensor and doorbell camera. Doorbell has yet to be installed so cant review that yet, but all other items work great! Indoor camera viewing is easy with the app that also allows you to arm & disarm alarm. Learning how to use the system is easy, we relied on the video tutorials provided, but I know there is customer service. Thankfully we have not had an emergency, so yet to see the response, but so far I would definitely recommend!"

"We had two jobs done on two different days. We had to call back to arrange a time to have the other work completed. On the day of service, they were supposed to call when they were on there way. They never call. Fortunately one of us was home. The door to the garage was installed with an uneven gap on the bottom, so now we need to get a piece of weather stripping for the bottom of the door and complete the job ourselves. The filler they used to fill the nail holes on the kitchen trim is a red clay color that was used very liberally. Now we need to do a bunch of sanding and repaint all of the trim. They did reinstall our bathroom sink correctly. We did not expect to have to do this much follow up work. We would not hire them again."
