"Brian's ability to see solutions in our property problems was very creative. We had a ditch up against our house left by the previous seller that was not only ugly, but dangerous for pets and children. I didn't know if asking for a deck/porch in this area was possible? So, when Brian came up with a creative, sturdy and attractive deck, I was delighted! It definitely increased the value of our home plus gave us new space to entertain guests.
