Hugo is always up front with cost. He and his team are helpful with all our pool and hot tub needs. They have replaced our furnace this year. We are very satisfied with their service.

This pool is the epitome of luxury and relaxation. With its sparkling, crystal-clear water and lush surroundings, it offers a serene oasis for guests to unwind and soak up the sun. The poolside cabanas provide the perfect spot to lounge with a refreshing cocktail, while the attentive staff ensures that every need is met.

During covid we didnâ t have anyone maintaining our pool. I found Hugo last spring. He came out, assessed the situation, and was able to get our pool in working order pretty quickly. We also ended up needing a new pool cover which he was able to install himself. It looks great. Heâ s been quick to respond to phone calls or texts, and takes care of the maintenance quickly, and prices are fair.

In March 2022 We ordered a pool cover for an in-ground pool, they took our deposit and did not give us a receipt, so we later requested that the pool cover order be canceled later that month. We are still waiting for the refund for the order. Castillo has repeatedly stated the check is in the mail, but we have not received it yet. In addition, we have contacted the ATTORNEY GENERAL OF WASHINGTON Consumer Protection Division - Consumer Resource Center In an attempt to resolve this issue.

These guys are very knowledgeable, honest, and time-efficient. Top quality work for a fair price. We will never go with any other pool company. From repairs, to cleaning, these guys are the best ! Look no further.

My pool was such a gross mess. Trying to maintain a farm for the first time and never owning a pool before either, it was such an overwhelming task for me to learn how to keep a pool. It didnâ t help every year that something would break and past pool people would take advantage of the fact that I didnâ t have any knowledge about pools and overcharge me for fixing them or replacing parts that I didnâ t need or couldnâ t use. It was just one thing after another in order for me to get this pool running, so I ended up trying to dig my head in the sand about it. I hoped to get it filled with dirt or leave it empty, but Hugo informed me of the problematic issues of doing those things. Before Castle Pools, no one else would touch it. As soon as I mentioned it was green, every pool company would back pedal and tell me they were too busy. I didnâ t realize there was a certain time of the year youâ re supposed to have your pools done and apparently calling in May was too late in the season. But Hugo and Brenda were the only pool company who were willing to help me. Never once did they make me feel like I was a terrible pool owner or like I had done something wrong or out of the ordinary. They basically told me donâ t worry, we got this, so you wonâ t have to! What a relief and I felt like a ton of bricks had been lifted off my to do list. They have a full clientele and I didnâ t realize this, but they still made it a point to come after their normal business hours to check on the progress as we were emptying out the pool and refilling it. It went from being a pond housing a village of thousands of frogs and salamanders to being a crystal clear, working pool again. It took two and a half days of pumping it out and another day of pressure washing and pumping, and 4 days of filling with water, but it actually is a luxury I will get to use now! I have lived here for over four years and Iâ ve never once been able to use my pool! Aside from the great care they have given our pool, Hugo and Brenda are also just genuinely good people. They have a great energy about them, are friendly, reassuring, and reliable. They communicate well and always came when they said they would. A big huge thumbs up for them!
