I was told that a woman in the office--Susan--does not know much. I paid $189 to have 2 book shelves assembled. I went ahead and got it done because I needed it done. I think that they should have a menu of prices for different projects. I can not spend that money again for the job. Otherwise, the repair person is social, pleasant to be around and very skilled."
