"First appointment was a week out(Friday) from original call which was ok since furnace was still running. Reggie arrived within the specified window calling ahead to verify that arrival time was ok. I showd him to the furnace and had him listen to the sound on a video I had made. He agreed that the fan motor was going bad. He called the parts warehouse and ordered the part. Told me it would be at his office on Monday. Made repair appointment for Wednesday. Gave me estimate of repair and got my OK. Arrived on Wednesday and completed repair in half an hour. Tested. AOK. Reggie put on "booties" on both visits to avoid bringing in dirt/wet. Everything was explained clearly. Cost was as provided on first visit. Very satisfied with the whole experience."

"A couple of weeks ago during the cold snap, my furnace died. I had a handyman friend look at it and he believed I needed a new blower motor. I called multiple companies trying to find someone to do the repair. This was on a Thursday and it was already 55 degrees in my house with snow in the forecast. Every place I called was more than happy to send a sales person out that day to sell me a new furnace but no one had a repair person that could come out before the next Monday or Tuesday. Grrrrrrr. I came SO close to buying a new furnace because I didn't know what else to do. Then I found AirPros on Home Advisor. The person who called me knew exactly what repair I needed and said he could have a service tech out between 2-4 that afternoon. He was at my house before 2 pm and replaced that smaller part. 15 minutes later and for $225, my furnace was fixed. Jerry was kind, efficient and very knowledgeable. I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. I will need a new furnace, probably in the near future, and guess who I'm going to call? And I have been singing AirPros praises to everyone I know."

"They contacted me with the right unit to buy and a reasonably priced supplier. They hadn’t installed my particular model before but were confident. I ordered the unit, paid up front, and told them when it arrived. They worked me into the schedule within the week and arrived first thing in the morning. The install had some quirks due to the unit not being straight forward to install in keeping with code, but the electrician explained how he was going to change the wiring to the unit in order to meet code and preserve the weather proofing. He was polite and friendly, gave me an extra warranty due to the unusual situation, and helped me pair my phone with the correct app for charging. He also quickly diagnosed and fixed my outlet. I was happy with everything and look forward to contacting them again when I need wiring."

"G&S did an excellent job installing our new furnace and AC unit. The best thing about G&S is that they warranty for 1 year. The circuit board in our furnace failed within a couple of months (no fault of G&S). Manufacturers warranty would cover the parts cost but G&S repaired and covered labor cost under their warranty. Also they diagnosed the issue and repaired very quickly. Definitely A++ installation and service."

" We recently bought this house in December and quickly discovered we had a rodent problem. The house had sat empty for about 9 months and is in the woods so it made since to us. We first hired a pest company to come out and access the situtation. They set traps in the crawl space and attic and caught some mice and rats. We saw alot of damage that had been caused by the rodents living in the insulation so we decided to get bids from some insulation companies on repairing or replacing the damage. 
Daniel came out a couple of days later on a Saturday. I was so impressed that he brought a camera with him to take pictures. He went down into the crawl space to access the situation. His photos confirmed the damage to the insulation from the mice nesting in it. Daniel really understood the rodent problem because he use to work for a pest company and understood their nature and knew where to look for entry holes. He said if entry holes are not sealed, you will continue to have rodent problems. Lucky for us, Daniel seals entry holes and fixes vents and ducts as part of his service so you are truly covering all bases when you hire him. He is a wealth of information and also explained why he waits over night after sanatizing  before installing new insulation.The smells are removed and the mice will no longer be attracted to the space anymore. We had another company that sanitized tell us they could do all the work in a day and I'm so happy we didn't choose them. We also had a company say it was ok to put new insulation over our old insulation and I'm glad we didn't hire them either. When Daniel told me he sucked more rats out of the attic with the old insulation, I knew we had made the right decision to hire SOS and just have all the old insulation removed and replaced with new product. If you have high ceilings(12'-14') like us, I would highly recommend  R-49 insulation.   
 Daniel and his crew are hard workers and take pride in their work. They will invite you down or up in our case to take a look at their work. They are very polite, professional, tidy and truly want you to be happy with their work. I noticed a big difference right away so although insulating was an unexpected expense, it was worth it and I am really looking forward to a lower propane bill next month. I will be recommending SOS and would hire them again. Daniel and his crew are deserving of an A+++++++++++ rating and we wish them much success. Please hire SOS Insulation, you won't be disappointed:)

"We had rat damage to our insulation and ducts in our crawl space. In addition the vapor barrier needed to be dealt with. He did a great job as this was a tough area to work in. We also had him clean our dryer duct as it also was under the house. He took it apart and brushed it clean. We were so happy with all his work that we had him clean all of our furnace ducts with his power brush and vacuum."
