"The Altaview Tree Service team was so great to work with! Brenda stayed on top of everything and kept in contact with me through the permit process, which isn't always the easiest. Once the team was here, they were timely, super efficient, and extremely careful and respectful of the surroundings (including my neighbors yard!). I relied on their expertise regarding the trimming and my maple tree looks so healthy and well taken care of. I'm so happy with this service and can't wait to hire them again for other projects. "The trees I wanted trimmed were done in a timely manner and the area was totally cleaned. There was a communications problem. The arborist was the only person on site that spoke English well. He explained what needed to be done to the foreman and left. From then on it was touch and go. Luckily, one of the young guys doing the work spoke some English. I had to watch what was being done, running from the front to the back of my yard. I was having two trees done at once. Sometimes I would catch a mistake being made, as to what I asked for, and sometimes I wouldn't. I finally was able to get a hold of the arborist and have him come back. In the end, the trees were trimmed, it wasn't a disaster, and I was somewhat satisfied with the work."
