After 2 attempts of trying to make the backsplash look decent, we asked the crew to leave and hired a new contractor, who installed the backsplash beautifully. Made numerous attempts to contact the owner for a resolution to this issue; heard NOTHING from the owner. Not happy, Spend way to much money for lights that don't work, Do not understand how we can be charged such an amount for lights that were ruined."
