the sub contractor tried to install a backsplash, ended up covering about 36" of a light strip for under counter lights with a thick sealant, ruined the lights. After 2 attempts of trying to make the backsplash look decent, we asked the crew to leave and hired a new contractor, who installed the backsplash beautifully. Made numerous attempts to contact the owner for a resolution to this issue; heard NOTHING from the owner. Not happy, Spend way to much money for lights that don't work, Do not understand how we can be charged such an amount for lights that were ruined.

This was a complete bathroom makeover. Work done by major subcontractors went well (plumbing, tile, electrical), prompt and professional. Finish work done by company's own people tended to be more shoddy. I think during the time my project was done, they were in between project managers. There wasn't good oversight. I had to continually followup to make sure things would get done. Towards the end of the project, they had a new project manager who had some expertise and commitment and followed through to make sure our project was done. If you use this company, I would question them thoroughly on who is managing your project and what their qualifications are. Although I had these frustrations during the project, I will say that the project turned out well in the end and I am pleased.
