Charlie explained everything well over the phone, and there were no surprises when he came to do the work. I supplied the new part I had acquired, and he charged me the flat rate we had discussed on the phone. He was pleasant, courteous, friendly and on time!

Charlie, the owner, was prompt, professional, personable and efficient. He is (understandably) busy, so plan ahead to get your job scheduled. We would hire Taylor Creek Electric again in a heartbeat and highly recommend them whenever we can.

Installation went smoothly. Included the addition of a dedicated 40-amp circuit to my panel, wall mount and assembly of a chargepoint 25 hardwired unit. Some trouble scheduling the work, but once a date was set, showed up right on time and finished quickly.

Charlie and his co-worker ran wiring to install an additional can light and under cabinet lighting in our kitchen remodel, including running both appliance and lighting wires and installing an additional circuit in our service panel and adding a switch for the under cabinet lighting. They were professional, efficient and a pleasure to work with.

Excellent. The amount of work i needed done was minor and not highly profitable but responsiveness, customer service and quality was top-notch regardless. Not always true with other contractors!

I called Charlie and asked if he could make a short visit to do a quick wiring job. Charlie came out the next day despite a very busy schedule and did the work without hesitation. He was very professional and did additional light switch work for us as well. Will certainly use Taylor Creek Electric again.

Charlie was awesome. I called him on Tuesday morning in a rush to get some items done for the sale of my home. I called around 8:30 am and he was able to come by about 2:45 that afternoon. The meter job took a little longer than expected as they had to dig quite a bit to free up the line.. The price was less than expected (same day service, and all) and the service was outstanding! Highly recommended.....

Charlie and Troy were timely, professional and ended up coming sooner than we had planned because they had some extra time in their schedule. Bonus! They overcame some obstacles and had a great "can do" attitude. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs an electrician. Thanks guys, you are the best!

I was in despair at situation to get the outlet put in, in getting ready to install a chairlift, they came out to install it quickly. I really appreciated their responsiveness. Thanks Charlie!

Rough in electrical for new kitchen including several new circuits from the panel bringing the kitchen from the 1950's to 2013 code, new lighting for a moved dining room, three way switches for kitchen and nook lighting, under and in-cabinet lighting, under cabinet receptacles. The project was large and also included new LED lighting for the laundry room, new pendants hanging from a sloped ceiling, new LED cans in the kitchen, LED under cabinet lighting supplied by a lighting vendor, a little complex requests for minimizing the size of the switch plates, combining switches into one space, wiring the 'make up air' system, dishwasher and disposal, 240 for a future dual fuel range, microwave built in, the whole 9 yards. The guys passed both the rough in and final inspections on the first try. The switches and pendants were installed wonderfully, the lighting is fabulous and the ability to control the lighting great. Charlie found the coolest dimmers for the LED lighting that remember the last setting and when switched on go to that exact spot. You can see from the photos how great everything came out.

I was very pleased with Charlies work ethic and was easy to communicate with. He came to the house on a Saturday for about 6 hours to do some initial wire pulling.
He added wiring for smoke detectors, radiant heat in the new bedroom and bath, all the outlets necessary throughout the new construction. I requested some special wiring for under cabinet lighting, hall lighting, outside lighting, power for new shed, and sconces about the renovated fireplace.
He was timely, diligent worker, and met all my requests. Very pleased with all that he did.
I only had one issue, granted it was a construction site, and was messy. But was a little disappointed at the lack of cleanup when the job was done. Not that big of deal, just thought cleanup would have been appropriate. Same issue with the plumber, maybe it's the norm.... don't know.

Charlie was great to work with. Very good communications, punctual. Great work, even the inspector was impressed. Very fair price. Upgraded and added a few items at no extra charge. I highly recommend them.

Chalie McHenry, owner, showed up ahead of schedule to give us an estimate. He arrived to do the work on schedule. He completed the work . Excellent workmanship, on time and on estimate. A quality provider of electrical services I will recommend to friends and use again.

Charlie troubleshot and repaired two non-working outlets at our house. Turned out to be a loose connection. Charlie was prompt and quick in repairing the problem.
