I was seeking a roof replacement and went to Anji s List. 240 roofing was recommended. I contacted them and they came out and I signed a contract. I gave a deposit for $3600. I was given a verbal commitment the job would be completed by the end of May. I received no communication from 240 after they took my deposit ($3600) I asked my daughter to follow up, she did and was given another commitment of 6/9. Again, no communication. She followed up again. More excuses and they promised 6/16. Again, no communication. When she followed up they said they d send someone out to tear my roof off but did not have the materials in stock to replace it. She asked them to hold off until materials were in hand. We were told they were ordered and would arrive soon. There was more lack of communication but when she reached out again at the end of June was told they d get the job done by the end of the week. Again, failure to come through. She contacted Cody again who was very rude, verbally abusive and admittedly drunk (on 27 beers) and he said he doesn t have the materials still. He canceled the contract verbally on a recorded call (that he acknowledged was recorded) and said a refund would be issued in 30 net days. It has been 6 weeks. No refund. 240 roofing phone # and website are disconnected. There were other negative complaints similar to this on anji in July for him and now they are down. We are seeking a full refund and for you to not promote a scam artist on your site that homeowners trust. Thank you, {name redacted}

The contractor, 240 Roofing, was quick to respond to my Angi inquiry and were on site within 3 hours. I had a leaking skylight and it was raining like crazy! The work was completed the same day and I am very happy with the final product.

This roofing company was excellent in customer service, I was kept informed as to when this project would be started and what to expect in the length and process. I had high ceiling 4 skylights in my living room and there was a leak which was extremely upsetting as we had rain and expecting more. I was quickly contacted by Cody who was excellent in communicating to me the process and understood my concerns and did everything to have the crew here quickly and explain what was going to be done to correct the problem. His crew came out faster than I expected and were extremely knowledgeable and went right to work to get this corrected and finished. Excellent crew! Cody continued to contact me to explain what the crew had found and how it was going to be corrected! I felt confident with him and his crews. The problem was corrected quickly and efficiently. I was relieved and very satisfied. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing a roofing expert company!

Fantastic response time from the time they performed the estimate to when they completed the job, it was incredibly fast. The three person team worked all day in 90 degree heat and worked until the job was done. I called Cody because it appeared as though one of the repairs was unfinished. However after speaking with him and looking at old pictures, It was clear that I had made the error. Despite the error being mine, Cody insisted that they come back out and make a minor improvement, just make sure i was a satisfied customer. AAA Service. 240 Roofing did everything they said they would do, as promised and more.

I hired 240 Roofing to repair a leaking skylight in my home. They sent roofers out the very next day, they arrived right on time with all the necessary materials, and were able to repair my leak quickly. The repair was done to a high standard, and thanks to their punctual team, I do not have to worry about our next wind and rain storm causing water to leak into my skylight. 5 stars!

I described the job properly, the contractor developed a solution, but it turned out that solution was not enough to resolve the problem. I asked him to fix it, but they did not fix it by refusing to acknowledge the problem. The original problem that I described persisted and there are lot of leaks inside the house on the walls.
