These guys are so professional, so patient and willing to do whatever they can to please the homeowner (while of course doing everything correctly and to code). If I wasn’t pleased with something -which didn’t happen often- they redid it until I was giving a thumbs up. I know long reviews can get cumbersome but I want to stress, The updates you get on your job by text and email, The way the guys protect your home and clean up every evening, The way the young guys are a testimony to their profession- i’ve honestly never come across such knowledgeable, detailed, professional young men in the trades. Seatown should be very proud of their apprentices !! Here’s an example of exemplary customer service : accidentally my irrigation system was broken during installation of new water service. I’d like to mention Isaac and Clay who didn’t stop updating me until the irrigation system was fixed and up and running beautifully. The guys often told me “if we damage something that’s on us and we will fix it.” They proved that even when mistakes happen they will make it right. I could tell you specific stories but I think if you’re reading this you just want to know if you should hire Seatown - YES, you absolutely should -with confidence!"
