I ran out of time for repairs so the lovely and amazingly organized Connie - my contact at powers - arranged for Ekraam to remove the chimney on very short notice. "The scheduling was extremely easy and fast - they were scheduled the same week I contacted them. They arrive within the window stated and completed the job in the same window. The gentlemen were very professional and curious, leaving my fireplace cleaner than when they arrived. The chimney was extremely dirty with soot and they cleaned it out and it now draws better than ever before. They did recommend one fix to the fireplace which we will do if we decide to keep the wood-burning fireplace and not replace it with gas (which we are considering). We will use this company to service our chimney going forward and would highly recommend them."
