The deck had a waterproof membrane applied. It looks like it needs a second coat. You can see the dark gray primer through the top coat, heavy roller marks are showing and I have a large pine trees next to my house. The pine needles were falling heavily so I asked the workers if they were going to tarp the deck so pine needles wouldn't stick to the top coat. They said they didn't need to and now there's pine needles stuck in the top coat. Their very visible.

Raised entry landing and steps, removed and replaced sidewalk, Installed french drain to correct drainage issues. All work was done professionally and to a high standard of quality. All concrete surfaces were clad with field stone by old world craftsman and looks great!

Michal and Jerzy were great to work with. Their team was professional and did a quality job. Besides the brick patio and walkway they removed my old grass and installed artifical grass. The yard hasn't ever looked so good. They are currently bidding on some work for our HOA based on the great work they did at my house. Would highly recommend them.

They know what they are doing. Kept our yard clean and then made it look like it did before they started . Very good job. Good construction also. Replaced posts under the house and fixed the rain cap and flashing on our fire place. Looks like new. I will use them again.

Concrete driveway work was "first rate". The storm drainage repair looks good, but I'll need to reserve judgment until the next heavy rainstorm. The workers were professional and pleasant.

We were very impressed with the level of knowledge of Michel and professionalism assessing the state of our old fireplace. We moved to our home almost 7 years ago and never were able to use the fireplace. It pulled air and smoke inside the living room when we ignited it. So, we were in need of good advice. He certified the fireplace and told us about the performance. advantage, disadvantages and characteristics. I was happy to have finally the fireplace ready to fire up in cold nights. Please do not be na��ve trying to cleaning old fireplaces by yourself! unless you are knowledgeable enough.

Our leadership team at our Church picked this contractor to fix a slow water problem at opposite ends of our building. These guys were great! They were prompt, their work was superior, their attitudes were second to none, they picked better products than we would have imagined & their attention to detail was fantastic. Using Home Advisors (Service Magic) I have a process that has always been successful but when we wanted to get our chimney cleaned, I was in a hurry and did not get the 3 bids. I took the first bid, which seemed to be reasonable but the work was not done well. Seattle Brick Master, Michal, came and inspected the chimney, told us what had to be done and gave us a fairly reasonable bid to redo the work. This time is was done well, in a professional manner. Michal gave us info on all the details and helped us see what needed to be done to get the job done well.
