He also noted the breaker for the heater is miss labeled as baseboard heat. The breaker labeled tank heater is for likely one of the baseboards. Anyway, it's up and running despite having a seeping leak when the cold water is turned on at the tank, and the pressure relief valve is closed, it'll seep and it got a new relief valve yesterday and will see if that solves it after it being installed for overnight."
