"I was totally awestruck by Mike's professionalism, knowledge and honesty. He was able to reassure me that my used computer is in tip top shape and has more memory then I even imagined. He was able to remotely get into my computer to check it out since he is in Arizona and I am in Oklahoma. Normally I would not have allowed this-but thanks to Mikes many tremendous reviews and A Grade I trusted him and do not regret it. In my opinion he deserves an A++! It's been 20 years since I have owned a desktop computer and I'm obviously not tech savvy! Mike did not take advantage of that and was even kind enough to share some info with me free of charge. I have already opened a file (in my filing account with his name on it)! I am making a list of things for him to help me with and will definitely be back in touch with him. "Anthony called at a predetermined time to help me with an issue that I had not experienced in the past.  He was very professional, extremely pleasant and when he took remote control of my computer, I knew we were in good hands.  He restored documents and pictures that I thought were hopelessly lost.  He also cleaned up and eliminated unnecessary programs.    I sat in the comfort of my home, sipping coffee while watching Anthony work his magic.  Take my tower to a shop where it will languish for two weeks?  No thanks!  I will be contacting Anthony for any future computer repairs.

"My computer and printer were apparently Jacked up and NOT communicating with each other because of corrupt files. I called the Geek Techs and was instantly connected with Shawn. I explained to Shawn what was going on and he took it from that point. The next morning (I called late that night) my computer was cleaned up AND they were talking with each other. My equipment was running like NEW after Shawn worked his magic! I would ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND this company for computer/printer issues! "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"My PC's motherboard failed and the liquid cooling system had sprung a leak. It turns out the cooling system had been leaking for a while, and the motherboard failing is what alerted me to it, but at the time, I thought the leak was the only problem. 
I took the system in, and they gave me an estimate of one hour labor plus the cost of the replacement liquid cooling system. I asked them to replace the liquid cooling system and clean the PC. It was a bit of a mess with dust and coolant inside. 
They did an excellent job of cleaning the PC. It looks almost like new. They replaced the liquid cooling system and found the PC wouldn't boot. They did some additional troubleshooting and found the motherboard was also failing. They called me with this information, to see what I wanted to do. I opted to take the machine back in the current state, since I could replace a motherboard myself. When I picked up the machine, they honored the original estimate, even though there was some additional troubleshooting done that wasn't in the original estimate. 
I'm PC savvy enough to fix most of my own issues, but I'll be going back to Computer Sonics for the times I'm in over my head or just don't have the time. The service and price were great. And the staff were professional and understanding.
