I did my research very thoroughly and knew that Patriot Roofing was a first rate quality roofing company. They made sure that the proper ventilation between the soffits and the ridge vent was done per the manufacturing shingle requirements. I purchased my own skylights and had issues with the quality of the skylight that I purchased from home depot. .Which caused me to return the skylights multiple times. Patriot roofing graciously came back 3 weeks after the roof install to re install the skylights that I finally got from home depot that were without defects. The manager of production personally came over to install the 2 skylights and did not charge me for this extra trip. I was also very impressed with the salesman who came over and thoroughly inspected my roof including getting up into the attic in taking many pictures of what was the current status of many different important details of my roof. Secondly, the staff kept in contact with me on were I was in there back log of the jobs in front of me. They made sure we were all on the “same page” of all I wanted for the roof, and if I had any changes to the contract. Lastly, the crew completed the roof replacement in an expedient time, and quality workmanship was top priority. All the crew were professional, polite, and always had a moment to answer any question that I would have for them.
