I am writing to confirm that Bryan and his team failed to execute this job by industry standards and best practices. The company improperly attached a covered terrace to my existing roof. After several expert roofing assessments, it has been determined that their work did not comply with established roofing codes and regulations. Consequently, my entire roof now requires replacement due to the structural integrity being jeopardized by condensation and water damage resulting from the negligent installation. Furthermore, the actions of this company have compromised the integrity of my metal roof, which may expose them to potential liability for damages incurred. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this matter amicably, Bryan has been unaccountable and has not followed through on any communications. Also replace facsia on house, remove rotted 4x6 cedar functioning as a retaining wall, replace some fence posts, and tear down and remove a gazebo. Eliberto reviewed the work and gave me a detailed estimate and began work within a week. Within four days he had completed the projects. He did an excellent job working efficiently but carefully and if any issues came up(like rotting lumber beyond scope of estimate) we discussed the problems and came up with a solution and then implemented it. I will certainly be calling on him for any future work I have. It was a good experience to work with him and his crew and I highly recommend him."
