We had his written quote within hours and then waited for other professionals to bid. Two different men came out and looked thoroughly at our deck and declined to bid. They did not seem to know what to do! Hector did. Within a few days after us accepting his bid Hector and crew came out, worked long and hard and two days later our deck is beautiful and sound.
