I had some projects like repair cedar boards on deck, wash desk, and sand deck. Also replace facsia on house, remove rotted 4x6 cedar functioning as a retaining wall, replace some fence posts, and tear down and remove a gazebo. Eliberto reviewed the work and gave me a detailed estimate and began work within a week. Within four days he had completed the projects. He did an excellent job working efficiently but carefully and if any issues came up(like rotting lumber beyond scope of estimate) we discussed the problems and came up with a solution and then implemented it. I will certainly be calling on him for any future work I have. It was a good experience to work with him and his crew and I highly recommend him.

Mendez Construction did an excellent job. Great communication, very hard working, very high quality. These men worked very well together, they were efficient and careful. They also passed framing, wall & roof sheathing after first inspection. We've asked this contractor to come back and replace the roof on our existing home. I respect and trust this contractor. My wife and are both retired civil engineers and do pay attention to details.
