I called Oasis and asked if we could set up an estimate for a roof replacement. Elliot was prompt, clearly explained my options and related prices. Oasis' crew came by the very next week to do the job. They were prompt, the time estimate was accurate, they were considerate and neat, cleaning up afterwards.

When it was time to replace our roof, I got estimates from 3 companies and my interactions with Elliot at Oasis Construction were always positive. He was able to coordinate an initial visit within a day and provided an estimate within 24 hours. We had a lot of back and forth to go over the details of the estimate/contract, but that was all on me. I had lots of questions and Elliot was always so patient and I never had to wait long for a response. I was also getting other quotes using different roofing materials from Owens Corning and he agreed to redo his estimate using those same materials so that I could do an apples to apples comparison. Once we had sorted out the details, and I was looking at 3 different estimates, Elliot's cost was the lowest of the three. He was also willing to provide a payment plan that allowed us to extend our payments out 2 months. All of this added up to what felt like a great working relationship. We coordinated a start date, but adjusted because of the weather, and when the crew showed up to begin work, they were extremely kind and respectful. The work took a little longer than expected, in part because our roof has a lot of different, adjoining angles and overhangs, but also because there were 2 guys on the crew. A neighbor recently had their roof done and there was a crew of 8 people who got the job done in 2 days. With 2 guys, it took 6 full days of work. We didn't mind that it took a few days, especially with how wonderful everything looks, now that the work is done. They did an amazing job, and even patched up some holes that squirrels had made in the soffits. The team was always kind and when I checked in with them, they always provided an update on how things were going. I wholeheartedly recommend Elliot and Oasis Construction for your roofing needs in West Seattle. They were incredibly professional, provided fair estimates, and were a delight to work with. Elliot came out within a day to check out our roof (we needed a repair). He gave us an estimate that was less than I expected, and within three-four days, he was able to come do the repair. All seems well, no signs of the leak that we had, and he was polite and friendly.

They were fabulous from start to finish. Very competitive bid, work performed was on time and above expectations, and all the while doing it remotely since we live out of town. They were great about any little surprises that came up as they pulled up the existing roof, and would send videos and explanations about what they found. Would recommend them highly

Oasis was a local referral in the area, and we had questions about a metal roof conversion from our standard roof material. They provided metal samples with color options, with a personal opinion on what would look good on our home. We were also intersted in having solar panels installed sooner or later and they helped with that process. The aesthetics of the home look much better with this roof install and we appreciate the incredible attention to detail that Oasis took during the process.

As expected based on reputation. Let me save my entire Seattle area homeowners time in finding the right company for a replacement. These guys are the best. I literally got 10 different quotes, and this was the only company with honesty and no BS. Certainteed master installers, licesnsed and insured. They worked from morning till 5pm to make sure everything was right and properly cleaned on the property.

Scheduled an appointment for an estimate. Met with a staff person who provided detail and options during the measurement. Friendly, and not pushy to make the sale. That went a long way with us in choosing them. Roof needed to be replaced as soon as possible. Got on schedule with follow up emails. Took them 3 days, left the property clean and the roof looks amazing.

Came recommended by our neighbor who had hired Oasis for a home renovation. Elliott took us through the step by step process and timeline. The work was within budget and timeline.

Faced with the decision to finally replace our roof, we got several bids. Jordan made it a point to understand our needs and were on top of scheduling. Pleased with all aspects, from 1st estimate visit, to the install and the final inspection.

I cant say enough positive things about Oasis. Competitive pricing, and I felt valued as a customer and lucky to have found these guys. The crew cleaned up after each day of work. Impressed with the speed and professionalism.

Low pitch, torchdown roof. Active leaking and soft spots. Wanted a permanant solution, and figured a metal roof was the best option. The roofing profile looks much better now, clean install.

Noticed soft areas on my roof when cleaning. This was a sign of rot underneath. Searched for a highly rated roofing company on google and found Oasis. Called for an appt and had Jordan on site for an estimate. Professional and highly detailed proposal. Removal and application of roof went as scheduled.

Apprecitive of the readiness and promptness of Oasis. Tear off and replacement took roughly 3 days, start to finish. I expressed that I needed my grounds to be as clean as when they arrived, and they did just that. We were impressed with the whole process.

Probably the most professional roofing company we have encountered. Took photos of leak intrusions and overall weak spots in roof. Incredible attention to detail with the estimate, and even more during the install. The crew even went out of their way to bring our garbage cans in on garbage day, and left the property spotless after new roof was complete.

We were seeking a bathroom remodel and by word of mouth, Oasis was recommended. During the process, Oasis was easy to communicate with and highly organized from the design down to the detail. We had made changes at the last minute, and they did whatever it took to make us happy.

Bid process - Elliot responded to my quote request within a day or two and was able to come out and put together a bid within another day or two. I appreciated that he didn’t try to ‘oversell’ me on upgrades and thought the job was simple/straightforward (other contractors had sent ‘sales associates’ who tried to sell upgraded shingles or other unnecessary components). Scheduling - It took about three weeks to schedule the project after I signed Oasis’ proposal (other contractors I talked to indicated they were 4-8 weeks out, so the 3 weeks seemed reasonable). During that time Elliot brought out a sample board for us to decide on a finish/color. I also asked about adding some scope and his response was ‘yes, don’t worry about it, we’ll get it done’. Reroof - Demolition occurred the first day, along with installation of plywood, edge flashing, and roofing felt. They thoroughly tarped everything off prior to demolition and cleaned up after they were done for the day. It ended up raining the next day and I checked our attic and didn’t notice any leaks through the felt, so it was already doing it’s job. They came out the third day and installed the asphalt shingles and finished the project. They thoroughly cleaned up, and apart from the nice brand new roof, you’d never know they were there. Post project- Elliot came out a couple days after the roof was completed to ensure the installation went well and review the finished product. We had no issues to report. Overall - We are really happy with the roof... it looks great and keeps water out (so far). From start to finish the process was less than a month, which was faster than I anticipated. I am an architect and work with contractors all the time, and I really appreciate Elliot’s honesty and can-do attitude. I would recommend Oasis for roofing and will keep them in mind for other future projects.

In the midst of COVID-19 it was a bit more challenging to get work done. I worked with Elliot of Oasis. Though there were a few missed emails, we ended up connecting and his team came out and got the work done. They did the roof expediently and well. The clean up was also done expediently. We need a lot of work done on this house and as a general contractor I'm looking forward to working with Oasis on some other upcoming projects.

Extremely responsive during the consult and bid review. No delays, kept the schedule and look forward to using Oasis on future projects.

Oasis was on time every morning and worked consistently, depending on the weather. They said they needed 5 days and they completed the job in 5 days. Quality job and they cleaned up every days including doing a sweep with a large magnet for nails. Their price beat their competitors handily. They are an A+ rated business from the BBB. Would recommend them to anyone that needs a roof replacement.

Had an inspection done before putting on market and it called out an aged roof. Above average service, at a decent price. Cost: 10,000 Date of Job: 4/4/2020

Couldnt ask for more. Attention to detail was amazing. Found any dry rot and repaired it. Included AL discount without even asking.

Did an excellent job, left the grounds spotless and were in and out in 2 days!
